I woke up in the morning feeling refreshed. Ever since that night I spent with Derek I could sleep well my own. I could sleep through the night without waking up screaming. The nightmares, they went away. I got ready for school road with Scott on his bike.

We walk inside the school noticing the power was out. Well, I did. The only thing Scott noticed was Kira. She looks at us for a split second then turns on her heels taking off for her locker. Scott starts to run over to her as Stiles stops him.

"No. No. Stop. Stop." Stiles tells him.

"What? I need to talk to her." Scott says looking at her.

"No, you need to remember someone left a coded message telling Barrow to kill her." Stiles sighs.

"Which is why I need to talk to her." He insisted.

"Scott, no way. Until we figure out if she's just another psychotic monster that's going to start murdering everybody, I vote against any and all interaction."

"I agree with that statement." I raise my right hand up.

"What if she's like me?" Scott asked.

"That girl walked through 1.21 jigawatts of electricity. She's not like you."

"Supernatural, maybe but werewolf, not a chance." I shake my head as we walk to class. After school I head for the parking lot to meet up with Scott.

"There are 20 letters in the Alphabet right?" A guy from the lacrosse team walks up with a few others.

"26." I correct him. I look around the parking lot for Scott. Nothing.

"Sorry I forgot the U R A Q T." Was this a pick up line? What the hell? It was still awful because he couldn't count.

"That makes 25." I roll my eyes.

"Well, if you don't mind, come by my house tonight. You can get the D." He smirks at me as I look at him in disgust. What the actual hell?

"Yeah, she does mind, actually. Back. Off.” I could hear Derek's voice behind me. He rolls his sleeves up, intimidating the kid with his muscles.

“Woah, chill. I was just being nice to  Ale-”

“Alexis happens to be taken. Now, if you ever so kindly back the hell off, that would be great. Before I beat your face into the ground."

"I'll see you at practice." The guy waves at me as he joins his friends. I could see the anger in Derek's eyes as they flash blue. I grab his hand as we walk over to his car. We get inside as he takes off fast before I could put my seatbelt on.

"Slow down. You'll get us pulled over or worse crash." I scramble for the seatbelt as I toss my backpack in the back seat.

"Derek, please." I clutch onto the seat. He looks at me for a few seconds realizing that I am terrified. He starts to slow down and sighs lightly.

"I'm sorry." He mumbles.

"Its alright. I'm taken right? So there isn't a reason to be jealous." I wink at him as he smirks.

"You're right." He nods his head. We were going grocery shopping. He said that him Peter have devoured their entire kitchen since they got back from South America. I grab a cart as he follows along.

"Green onions, right?” I asked while fishing for the fresh ones at the bottom.

“I don’t know. I think so,” He looks at the ground trying to think.

"Even covered in salad dressing my lettuce looked bare, so I put some cloves on it." Derek says as I turn to face him. A giggle escapes my lips. He was holding a bag of romaine lettuce. I take the bag and put it in the chart as we walk over to the fruit section.

"We make a great pear." Derek throws two pears into the basket.

"I find you appealing." I grab some bananas. I could see Derek cracking up. We head up the bread aisle.

"Two loaves of bread wanted to get married, so they eloafed." I hold up two loafs of bread and places them in the cart.

"Where do witches bake their cookies?"

"Where?"

"In a coven." We head up to the dairy products.

"Why did the piece of cheese go to the gym?"

"Why?" I asked.

"To get shredded." He chuckles.

"When making butter there is little margarine for error." I toss the butter in the cart. Derek grabs a case of water and places it under the cart.

"Water we doing next honey?" He takes a honey bottle off of the shelf and places it in the cart. I laugh lightly as we head over to the meat.

"You get the candy for the trick or treaters. I'll meat you at checkout." I grab a few slabs of ground beef and chicken as I make my way to check out.

"Trick or treat!" Some kids popped up. Derek reaches in the car and pulls out a bag of candy giving each kid a few pieces. The kids stand still staring at him as Derek shifts and growls at the kids. The kids run away screaming.

"You'd make a great dad." I laughed.

"Think so?" Derek smirks. I give Derek a peak on the lips and pull away from him.

"Mhm. I'm gonna run home, change and drop my school stuff off. I'll meet you inside your place?" I asked him.

He nods his head. I kiss him lightly as I go over to my car and drive off.
