We take off running into the woods well except for Argent and I. We took his SUV. Every 5 minutes of driving we throw a emitter down in the ground. Once we reach the school I climbed out and stand with Scott.
"Done?" He asked.
"With our part." I shrug my shoulders.
Isaac meets up with Scott as they both take off running toward the school. Argent walks up to me as he places the last emitter down in the ground. Isaac walks over to me and grabbed my hand. We take off running to the front of the school.
"I didn't want you coming here. You're still weak and injured. I told Peter to keep you at the loft." Isaac tells me.
"No one listens to Peter. Its too late now. Those werewolves are on their way here. If they see me running in a separate direction they will follow me and most likely try to kill me. I'm safer here." I look up at Isaac. He sighs giving in.
"Your right. I guess we would need to change the plan if you weren't here." Isaac pulls me into a hug.
"Mhm." I hummed with a smile on my face.
"Seven rounds, huh?" Isaac smirks.
"Well, that's a score we are gonna have to break." I look at him as he kiss my lips. We pull away from the sound of howling.
"They're coming." The sound of growling breaks us apart.
"Oh, great." Isaac turns around as we both face the betas. Isaac crouches down glowing his yellow eyes. I raise my hands up glowing my purple eyes.
The sound of a car horn honking makes me back up against the tree. Argent drives the car trying to push the betas into the school. The betas take off running and stop in front of the door frame. They then jump onto the roof and take off. Scott joins us as Argent gets out of his car.
"They aren't going through the school. They are going over it." Scott tells us. Derek runs over to us.
"The red doors, someone has to get them open." Argents points in the school. Derek takes off running to do the doors.
"Someone has to drive them inside." Scott tells us.
"I'll go." Argent pulls out a taser stick. The same one Kate had.
"No. I'm faster." Isaac takes off running.
"Alexis go with him. Once the betas get in you get in and have Isaac lock it." I nod my head and take off running. Isaac slows down for a job to keep up with my pace.
"Slooooow." Isaac teases.
"Hush, some of us aren't lucky to have werewolf agility." I roll my eyes. I could see a white light flash from arrows and hear the growling from the beta's.
"Cover your eyes." I warn him as he brings his scarf up. The betas run into the school as Isaac locks it up. We look to see who the arrows came from.
"Allison?" I look at her. She noticed me and takes off running. I wanted to run after her. I wonder if her father knows she is her. Realization hits me.
"I was suppose to go inside. I'll have to find another way in. Be careful." I press my lips to Isaac's.
"You be careful." He pulls away as I nod my head and take off running. There was in fact a door unlocked. I run inside and see the betas chasing Derek and Scott. I chase after them as I run down the stairs and wait by the doors. Scott and Derek come running back as they lock it. I raise my hands up putting pressure against the door.
"Did that actually just work?" Scott breaths out as both boys out of breath lean against the walls and door. Scott presses his ear up to the door.
"It worked. What are you hearing?" Derek asked.
"Heartbeats." Scott answers.
"Both of 'em?" Derek sighs.
"Actually... Three of them." Scott looks at us.
"I thought the school was empty?" I look at Scott who was baffled. Derek gets up and unlocks the door.
"What are you doing?" Scott stops him.
"Alexis unlock the door. Close the door behind me and keep it shut." Derek looks at us.
"You go in there alone, and you're either gonna kill them, or they kill you." Scott looks at him carefully.
"That's why I'm going in alone." Derek looks at us.
"No, Derek don't." I shake my head. Derek looks at me with sympathy.
"I have to." He says.
"You don't. If I go in there I can contain them." I tell him.
"Not if they get a hold of you. They will kill you and I can't let that happen." He says. Scott rest a hand on my shoulder lowering my arms.
"Please." I begged. I know he will die if he goes in there.
"I need to get in there." Derek says.
"Lex." Scott warns me. I let the pressure is off the door as Derek walks inside. Scott shuts the door and locks it back up. I raise my hands up putting pressure back on it. I could here the growling and roars. Scott looks at me with a worried look.
"Scott! The sun's coming up!" I could hear Isaac's voice. The door above us opens revealing Isaac.
"Now!" Scott yells as I drop my arms. Scott runs inside the boiler room as I chase after him. I could feel Isaac right behind me. We all run in and see the two betas laying on the floor as Derek was kneeling covered in blood. He looks up at us.
"Derek!" I run for him and look at his wounds. They were dead cuts all over his body.
"You need Deaton." I stutter. It looks bad.
"I'll heal. There's a teacher. I'll take care of her. Get them out of here." Derek tells us. Both boys grabs a beta and take off. We drop them off at the loft with Peter as Isaac takes me home.
