It's been a week since Evan got suspended. He had just taken me out to dinner and we just stepped into his apartment. "Thanks for dinner Evan." He smiles. "Don't worry about it. But if you really wanted to thank me you'd stay." I smile playing with the button on his shirt.
"Do you have a shirt with my name on it?" He kisses me. "I'm sure I do." I smile. "Than I'm sure I will." He wraps his arms around my waist kissing me. "Will you make me a drink?" He nods. "Sure. What would you like?" I smile. "Anything is find. Do me a favor and point me to that shirt?" He points to the bedroom and I smile.
We separate and I find myself digging through his closet. I find a nice shirt sliding it on and rolling up the sleeves. I forgot about pants so when he knocks I tell him to come in. I take the cup of sprite from him and I sip some sighing. "Thanks babe but can I bug you for one more thing?"
He smiles touching his nose to mine. "You don't bug me babe but sure what is it?" I sigh. "I don't have any shorts." He sighs thinking. "I might have some boxers that you can wear as shorts." I nod softly and he opens a drawer pulling them out. I take them and he turns his back.
I pull my pants off pulling them on. "Okay." I say softly. He turns around seeing me. He steps up kissing me. "You're mine babe. All mine." I touch one of his hands that's on my face. "I look weird Evan." He smiles. "You look beautiful." He reaches for the cup behind me taking a drink.
I glare at him. "Did you just drink out of my cup?" He smiles rolling his eyes knowing I'm not serious. "We swap spit everytime we kiss Ri what's the difference?" I touch the cup. "That's my cup." He shakes his head. "Shut up Ri." I frown softly. "Baby..." I fold my arms. "You hurt my feelings."
I pout like a child and he sighs. "Your such a kid babe." I put my hands on my hips. "Why because I'm younger?!" Now I'm really defensive and he rubs the back of his head seeing that. "No babe...wow I just keep shoving my foot in deeper." I huff letting my hands fall. "I'm tired Evan just forget it."
I step past him heading for the couch. I turn the lights out when the ocean catches my attention. I step onto the balcony. It's chilly out and the wind is blowing. I stand by the railing watching the waves roll off the rocks as the wind picks it up. "Ri..." I sigh. "I said forget it Evan."
"It's cold out here. I don't want you catching a cold. Please come in." I roll my eyes. "Great so now your looking out for me like I'm an actual child." I step past him and he grabs my wrist. "Give me a few minutes Ri please." I huff seeing the sadness in his eyes. I nod and he takes me to the couch.
He sits opening his arms. I climb into his lap and he sighs touching my face. "Ri you are a very capable woman. I just meant you have a child like way of saying things and it's adorable to me. I am your boyfriend I'm supposed to try and make sure you don't get sick or be concerned you might. I'm sorry that I care. I won't drink out of your cups anymore just don't be mad at me." I sigh. "It's not about the drink Evan you told me to shut up and then called me a kid."
He frowns. "Riley I was joking. You could literally talk all day and I would love to hear every word I promise. I love you. I'm sorry." I sigh kissing him. "I guess I'll let it slide this time but don't let it happen again Evan." He kisses me. "You got it." I wrap my arms around his neck. "Take me to bed?" He nods scooping me up bridal style. He eventually sets me on the bed.
"I'm gonna lock the place up. I'll be right back." I nod and he's back within five minutes. He takes his shirt and pants off changing into a new shirt and pajama bottoms. I sigh as he climbs in. "You aren't shy are you?" He smiles. "No babe why? Does it bother you for me to change in front of you?" I shake my head. "No it's fine I just hope you won't be expecting it out of me soon." He kisses my forehead. "No baby girl. You'll do it when you're ready. Now don't worry your pretty little mind on anything just go to sleep." I cuddle into him. "What about Ashe?" He smiles. "I texted her when I was making your drink. She knows you're here. Now gets some sleep. We have school tomorrow."
