"I just don't know Ashe. I mean what if one day he wakes up and finds he doesn't like being committed and that he wants to run around like he used too." She picks at my hair as I lay on my back in her bed. "Ri it has to be your choice." I sigh. "I know. I better go check on him." I get up heading down to my room and when I open the door his eyes look me over before he smiles.

"Why so happy Evan?" He hums rubbing his eyes as I lay down on my side of the bed. "Seeing you always makes me smile." I sigh. "How do you feel?" He looks over at me. "As good as I can get considering you either haven't made up your mind or the answer is no." I smile. "I haven't decided." I say staring at the ceiling. "You know me always difficult."

He brushes the hair off my shoulder. "Yeah but I didn't mind it. You were difficult but not picky. One foot in front of the next as if you always knew the right answer before the question was said." I smile looking at him. "Now you're just sweet talking." He shrugs. "Why not I mean we both know the odds of you actually taking me back aren't great? It would just be karma to get my hopes up." I shake my head.

"No Evan stop putting yourself down." He rolls into me. "Riley how can I when I'm about to lose the best thing that ever happened to me? Do you think I spent a dime on those girls? Half of them were so drunk they don't remember what I look like and the other half didn't even seem me the next morning when they woke up. Riley leaving you is like leaving my home. I meant every word I said to you about how I felt. None of that was a lie. I swear." I lean in kissing him. I only meant to kiss him once but once would never be enough.

He pulls me into him. I push him back. "Prove it." He watches my face. "How?" I smile. "I think it's time the whole city knows that you aren't living that life anymore. No more sex for fun and no more one night stands. But only if you love me enough." He pushes his nose to mine. "I'll shout it from every roof top Riley. But does this mean you forgive me?" I smile. "You have a long process but I'm giving you a second chance." He kisses me and I can tell how happy he is.

He trails his lips kissing all over my face making me laugh. He hovers above me and I hold his face staring up at him before pulling his lips down to mine. "Ri...get your shoes on. We have a party to throw and you need a dress." I hum. "Your such a dork. I'm looking all pretty and we just made up and you want to go dress shopping."

He spins so I'm on top of him. He touches my hip admiring. "Baby girl you look absolutely stunning but if we don't throw this party I won't be able to tell everyone that I'm all yours. Besides you aren't going to let me have fun because I haven't been good."

I giggle falling down on his chest. "What do you mean by fun?" He bites his lip. "You know what I meant Ri." I smile. "I want to hear you say it." He cups my face. "You tease baby. That's not nice." I fold my arms and he frowns. "Come on Evan before we end up arguing."

I say crawling off of him. He pulls me back down on the bed with him. "I just remembered I bought gifts a long time ago so I have something for you to wear." I hum as he kisses me. I push him back. "I said we were working on forgiveness." He frowns. "So now I'm not allowed to kiss you?" I shake my head smiling. "No I think it's better that we never talk except through texts and I only see you once every other week but we don't talk when we see each other." He rolls his eyes.

"That's not a relationship Riley." I giggle. "Is that what you think this is Evan? A relationship?" He sets his nose on mine knowing I'm messing around with him. "Maybe you should have stopped me along time ago if it wasn't." I hum. "Why? It's okay to sleep with complete strangers right?"

His face becomes firm but not from the joke itself. "No baby girl it's not. I made a mistake. I know you were joking and I'm fine with that but I need you to know it's not okay." I giggle. "What you don't like the idea of sleeping with strangers? To bad?" He grips my jaw.

"If you let another man touch you Ri..." I whine at his hard grip. He loosens hid grip some. "Why would I when I have you? Not everyone's like you Evan." He rolls his eyes. "Laugh it up babe. But when I actually do get another girl..." I throw my leg over his body sitting on his stomach.

"When?! If you ever touch another girl Evan I promise you..." He touches my hips. "Baby girl don't. I was only joking okay. Besides its them you have to worry about not me." I slide off of him. "Don't worry this small Cali girl knows how to fight." He pushes a piece of hit behind my ear. "You're to precious to fight Ri. You're like a butterfly. The only damage you can do is distract." I shove him. "And you do a damn good job."

He coos before softly kissing me. I pull back hiding my face in his neck I hum softly and he smiles kissing my neck gently once before locking our hands together. "I love you." His phone buzzes and he holds it up so I can see too. It's Jaks. 'This party is so on.' He looks at me. "You heard the man." I kiss him. "You're really going through with this?"

He smiles. "You were right babe. It's time people know. I'm serious about you and I'm off the market." I smile touching his face with my finger. "Evan...where they prettier than me?" He brushes a thumb over my cheek. "Maybe to other people but Ri no one beats you in my book. Not a soul. You're so beautiful and we'll ah..." I cover his mouth knowing he's gonna spill something sexual. I roll my eyes.

"Shut up." He smiles kissing me. We lay there hand in hand. Noses touching. Occasional kisses. And all the comfort we each could ask for. I loved him. Painfully so.

I'm happy. 😊
