Elena awoke to the mid dawn shining through the large window, she yawned and saw Stefan next to her, she jumped and then sighed and he laughed, he held her shoulders and kissed her left one gently. She shivered and got out of bed and went over to her mirror and put on a black cardigan over her purple tank top that she slept in. He looked confused and glanced over as she looked frightened.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you" he smiled
"It's okay.. It was just a shock" Elena lied
"Are you okay?" Stefan asked concerned
"Yeah of course i am" Elena lied and smiled
"You seem on edge" Stefan frowned
"It's the wedding jitters, just nervous" Elena lied again and smiled
"Well, I can't wait for you to be Mrs Salvatore" Stefan smiled widely
"Me too" Elena smiled and lied again
Stefan smiled and walked over to her in his dark blue trousers and his blue shirt and cupped her face with his hands and kissed her, and then he wrapped his arms around her. Little did he know that Elena had feelings for his brother, she didn't know how to tell him so she didn't but she couldn't continue her lie. Hayley walked in with a flickering candle and Elena pulled away, Stefan smiled faintly and kissed her on the cheek as he left the room, Hayley locked the door.
"What the hell are you doing?" Hayley asked
"He was there when I awoke, I didn't realise" Elena sighed
"Elena you can't continue this, there's someone here to see you..." Hayley paused
In walked Caroline Forbes from the Unknown, her straight blonde hair half way down to the length of her arms, she smirked wickedly showing bright red cherry lipstick and black eyeliner widening her eyes and wore a really low cut strapless light orange dress which was a boob tube that only went up to just a few inches below her bum and then she had revealing black tights on and black heels, she folded her flawless arms which glistened in the sunlight as it rose, Elena gasped and Hayley placed the candle on the brown wooden bedside table and walked out and locked the door.
"Hello Elena" Caroline smirked
"Caroline... What happened to you..." Elena gasped
"Katherine gave me a re make over, you like?" Caroline asked and twirled around
"It's a bit far fetched.. You're magically friends with Katherine?" Elena asked confused
"Yes long story, Cade sends his regards" Caroline grinned
"How are you here?" Elena asked
"That flame is keeping me here, until that blows out I'm all yours today Elena" Caroline smiled
"What do you want with me... You're not yourself Caroline... You're humanity" Elena paused
"Boo hoo poor Caroline has lost her humanity big deal, I'm really good I feel more alive than ever, I heard you're marrying Stefan" Caroline laughed
"Yes..." Elena looked away
"But you love Damon, Damon Salvatore the big bad boy who stole you're heart after Stefan did, and now you're marrying the wrong brother" Caroline laughed
"If you're here to gloat then don't bother, Damon's not here anymore" Elena frowned
"And who's fault is that? Come with me Elena, I have something to show you, you slightly may be intrigued" Caroline smirked
