Chapter 31, Summoned

Everyone went back downstairs and Stefan hid Katherine upstairs and then came back down and opened to the doors to some very pissed off vampire enemy friends of Damon's , they all lunged for Elena thinking she was human and then she showed her fangs and they stepped back in horror and confusion, the whole safe house was like a bar crawled with angry vampires, Rebekah stood on the stool and raised her voice and everyone stopped shouting as Klaus, Elena, Stefan, Enzo and Bonnie were stood around her watching every move everyone made.

"You're all here to kill Damon Salvatore? Too bad! You came to the wrong place!" Rebekah shouted

"No Damon Salvatore is here blonde!!" A voice shouted

"I'm afraid he's not, why do you want him?! To kill him for every bad deed he made? Boo hoo none of you are perfect without a stain on you're soul! Neither is he!!" Rebekah shouted

"He's human!!!" Someone shouted in the crowd

"If he was human he would be dead, he's not Human, so you all really wasted your time" Rebekah grinned

"Fellow friends and foes, Damon did bad things I can agree but so did you and so did I and if we don't cease to believe in forgiveness then why should I or any of you live?! Damon had a family and you drove him away!" Klaus shouted

"I suggest you leave right now, you drove my boyfriend out of town, you drove him away from me!!!" Elena shouted

"He deserves to be on trial and so do you!!!!" Everyone shouted

Klaus held Elena back as he stepped forward and Rebekah panicked, Stefan, Bonnie and Enzo looked concerned as Elena was ready to let loose at everyone and then the lights started to flicker and then there was... The immortal undefeated Cade from the Unknown with Caroline Forbes, she wore a black mini dress and orange lipstick with black tights and black heels with straight blonde hair and Cade wore a brown suit and grinned wickedly.

"You people want Damon Salvatore and Elena Gilbert on trial... Then so be it" Cade grinned as everyone started to cheer

"How is this going to happen?" Rebekah asked

"Or should we get them all on trial!!!" Cade shouted and heard yes from everyone

Rebekah looked at everyone worried and klaus nodded in agreement and then injected a serum in each arm of everyone's body and Damon was brought back in chains, Elena gasped as she saw how bloody and battered he was as he was placed on a box and Cade stood in front of him with Caroline surrounded by everyone in crowds. Damon looked worried and frightened and so did Elena and Stefan feared for his brother.

"He's not going to cope out there" Elena whispered

"We have to help him" Bonnie mumbled

"Im going out there" Elena whispered and tried to step forward

"Do you want to get killed? Stay here!" Stefan ordered and pulled her back

"Damon Salvatore we meet again" Cade grinned

"Cade..." Damon snarled

"What a lovely place to visit an old friend at the time of his death sentence" Cade laughed

"Just get on with the trial" Damon stated

"Very well... Damon Salvatore did you kill Rose- Marie true or false?" Cade asked

"True..." Damon frowned

"Why did you kill Rose-Marie, a young beautiful lady, did she deserve to be killed?" Cade asked

"She asked me too, she suffered from a werewolf bite and she was hallucinating every time.." Damon paused

"Did you kill Mason Lockwood, William Tanner, Kai Parker, Matt Donovan, Jeremy Gilbert, Vicki Donovan, and lexi Branson?" Cade asked

"All correct" Damon admitted

"Explain each death in detail" Cade ordered

"I killed Mason Lockwood by ripping his heart out, I kidnapped him to make him fess up about the moon stone and I tortured him and then instantly killed him" Damon admitted

"What happened with William tanner?" Cade asked

"I killed Tanner because Elena rejected me and I got upset and then my brother Stefan confronted me and I wanted to prove to him that there was no hope for me so I killed him in front of Stefan" Damon frowned

"So Elena provoked you?" Cade asked and looked at Elena

"No... I was a jealous brother.." Damon paused

"How did you kill Kai Parker?" Cade asked intrigued

"He put Elena in a sleeping spell till whenever Bonnie died, so I chopped his head off because he was going to kill her" Damon explained

"Matt Donovan?" Cade asked

"Good old Donovan, I killed him because Elena switched her humanity off and I wanted her to feel again, I threatened to kill Matt and she said I was bluffing so I snapped his neck and then Elena realised he was wearing a ring that protected him" Damon explained

"What about Elena's brother? Jeremy Gilbert?" Caroline asked

"I got drunk and ended up at Elena's house after Katherine rejected me, and then ... Katherine told me it was always Stefan and never me and Elena said the same and Jeremy got in the way and I snapped his neck but he wore the ring Matt wore so he survived" Damon sighed

"Vicki Donovan, Matt's sister, who you killed in cold blood for you're own satisfaction, no remorse no guilt" Caroline shouted

"I didn't know what I was doing but yes I killed her too, she was crazy" Damon sighed

"What about poor Lexi, you're brothers best friend.. You killed her to cover you're own tracks for you're own bodies, you manipulated me and hurt me all the time, you made me bleed and used me, you don't deserve to live" Caroline snarled

"You have been summoned, please Stand over there and watch you're darling girlfriend get questioned, maybe she'll have a few intriguing responses as she's been compelled to tell the whole truth" Cade smirked

And with that Damon was dragged off the stool wooden box and thrown next to Stefan, And then Elena was chained up and dragged onto the wooden stool box.
