Following the magical night where Liam had officially asked her to become his wife which led to the couple passionately making love for hours throughout the night after Sophia had gone to bed, it was no surprise that Cheryl went to work the next morning with an extra spring in her step. She had been attacked with hugs and kisses from Ruth, Nicola, and Karen when she'd dropped Sophia off at nursery – the three of them of course being so over the moon for the couple as they couldn't believe this was happening and that Liam was settling down, this being such a beautiful thing and of course, they wouldn't have had it any other way as they adored Cheryl completely. Even the morning rush hour traffic that usually annoyed Cheryl as she drove into the city for work didn't annoy her as she just felt so happy and content with everything in her life right now, her dimples being out in full force especially when she laid her eyes on her engagement ring that sat proudly on her finger, the massive diamond gleaming in the sunlight from every angle.

Once she parked in her executive parking spot next to Garry's car, Cheryl got out of her car and grabbed her bag to head inside for the day. She wore a lilac colored short sleeved top with her black skinny trousers and black thigh high stiletto boots, as well as a black blazer. Her brunette locks were back in a stylish ponytail and she kept her makeup to a minimum, not that she even needed makeup anyway as she was just so radiant and glowing due to her pregnancy and due to being incredibly happy. She happily waved to her security guard as she made her way in, going straight over to Nadine's desk as she couldn't dare hold this news from her friend.

"Diney babe." She captured the receptionist's name; the Irish beauty looking up from where she was talking to the new receptionist, Amy, and smiling straight away at her friend.

"Good morning my love," She greeted, "You look glowing; what's up with you?"

"I'm pregnant and happy, and I have more news." Cheryl replied with a wide smile. Nadine gave a raised eyebrow before gasping with tear filled eyes when Cheryl held her left hand out, showing her the beautiful ring that was sat proudly on her wedding finger.

"Liam...he...Cheryl!" Nadine stuttered before practically running around the desk and crashing into her best friend as she engulfed her in a huge hug; Cheryl laughing as she hugged her back and kissed her cheek.

"I'm so happy for you babe; you deserve all the happiness in the world." Nadine burst out, little tears slipping down her cheeks as she truly was so happy for her friend. Cheryl sniffled a bit, punching Nadine in the arm.

"Don't you dare cry or you'll set me off," She giggled a bit, "Thank you though babe; seriously."

"God I can't wait to tell, Jason," Nadine laughed to herself before continuing, "Right, we'll be doing wedding plans soon and I'm ready!"

"I damn love you, Nadine; now you two have a good day." Cheryl giggled, pecking her friend on the cheek before waving at Amy and heading to the elevator. Once she had gotten up to the third floor and stepped off, she immediately made her way to Lily's desk; the blonde girl looking up and smirking as it was rare that her best friend would stand over her and stare her out unless it was for gossip.

"May I help you Attorney Cole?" she smirked.

"Just round up Nic, Kim, and Gaz and you all come into my office." Cheryl responded. Lily gave her a salute before picking up the phone whilst Cheryl made her way into her office. As soon as she'd put her bag down and put her laptop on the desk to boot up, the door to her office opened once more as Lily, Garry, Nicola, and Kimberley were all walking through the door.

"What's going on, Chez?" Garry asked straight away. Cheryl softly bit her bottom lip before coming around to the middle of her office, holding her left hand out with a dimpled smile on her face.
