Cheryl and Liam remained snuggled up on the sofa for a while before finally heading off to bed around midnight; the couple adoringly making love to each other before falling asleep in each other's arms. They remained sleeping throughout the whole night, both of them hardly moving a muscle as Liam kept both his arms protectively around Cheryl whilst she slept with her head resting on his toned chest. Both of them seemed to be lost in their own dream lands, only to be interrupted by Cheryl's phone ringing on the bedside table which shattered the quiet atmosphere of the bedroom. Liam groaned and rolled the other way while Cheryl rolled to her side, snatching the phone off the table and answering without even bothering to see who it was as she was so annoyed at being woken up just half an hour before the alarm was set to go off.

"Hello?"

"Cheryl – I came to the office early to do some work that I was too tired to cope with last night and the place has been vandalized; our whole front window is broken out and the lobby is trashed and all sorts; I haven't been inside to check our offices but this is fucking crazy!" The shocked and worked up voice of Garry Tweedy spoke rapidly, Cheryl immediately sitting up and holding the covers over herself as she listened to what he was saying.

"Are you fucking serious? What the hell? Garry, call the police - don't go inside; I'll be there in about half an hour." She replied, her mind going into overdrive as she thought about who could've possibly been responsible for such actions.

"I'm about to call the cops now; I'm sat in my car – just get here." He replied. Cheryl hid him farewell and hung up before looking at Liam, who had drifted back off. She hated to bother him on his day off but this was really serious, leading her to shake his arm and call his name a couple times.

"Mmm....whats up babe?" he asked before yawning, stretching his arms in the air a bit.

"I need to go to the firm; someone's vandalized it and I need to go so I can be there by the time the police get there," She spoke as she jumped out of bed, "Can you get Sophia ready and off to nursery for me?"

"Shit babe that's crazy; what the hell," Liam burst out with wide eyes, "I'll sort Soph out; you go to work."

Cheryl nodded, blowing him a kiss before rushing off for a shower all the while Liam began wracking his brain as he tried to think about who could have wanted to do this to Cheryl.

And for some reason, he felt like there was a strong indication that Sophia or her family were connected to this...

Just like Cheryl said, half an hour on the dot later she was pulling into the parking lot of Cole and Tweedy; Attorneys at Law, dressed in a black leather skirt, white blouse, a black blazer and her black ankle boots. Her hair was in a messy, stylish ponytail and she kept her makeup to a minimum as she had been rushing. She parked her car in her executive parking next to where Garry was parked, looking over towards the entrance of the building only to see that the police were outside speaking with Garry while others were in the lobby looking around and taking pictures. She got out of this car and rushed up to them, Garry breathing out as he looked at her.

"Have you been inside?" she asked straight away.

"Me and Derek went up there a bit ago; it seems that yours and my offices were the targets;  papers all over the place, our books knocked all around, chairs knocked around, plagues and everything – knocked all over the place." Garry explained.
