My heart breaks.
Those three words were like three knives going straight through my heart.
Tears slowly trickle down my cheeks. "W-what?"
"Who-" Ethan gulps. "Who are you?"
I let go of his hand and stare at him in terror.
No...
"Ethan!" I yell and grab him by his shoulders. "Please tell me you didn't forget me! We have a child! You have a family!"
"Sir!" A nurse tries grabbing me by my arms. "Guards!" She yells, bringing me back to reality.
Guards soon surround me dragging me back as I stare at Ethan.
He's gone.
And I can't do anything about it.
