Geoff

Everything was good, They all seemed to like Karane. The men had compared maps and found out that they only had parts of the map, Karan's map proved that. This world could go on forever for all they knew.

"Where going to have to keep moving" Geoff said flatly.

"Why in the hell would we do that?" Ryan sat back from the charts laid out on the table.

"Because you can only beat this game by progressing, Ryan" Geoff glared at him.

"what are we 'progressing' to exactly?" Michael leaned forward slightly

"a hole of some kind"

"oh, and there aren't hundreds of those out there" Ray said sarcastically.

"No! its man made looking!" Geoff sat up from his reclined position in his chair.

"Well we aren't finding it here" Jack sighed.

"When should we leave?" Karane looked around at the 6 men in the room.

"tomorrow, half of today is already wasted" Michael huffed.

"We can use this time to collect for our trip" Ryan stood tall "I got a plan" he then pointed to Michael and Gavin in unison. "bring back meat! as much as you can carry"

"Aye Aye!" Gavin smiled and stood, leaving with an excited Michael.

"Ray and Jack will take Karane and prepare everyone's items. I'm talking armor, food, clothes, weapons, all that jazz!" Ray stood giving a thumbs up and left with his group.

"you and me, Geoff, are going to do some mining" Geoff smiled up at Ryan.

"Sweet" Geoff picked up a stone pick axe, with Ryan fallowing suit. "Nice leader skills Ryan"

"Thanks Geoffery, i try my best"

"Where we off to, Haywood?"

"I saw a mine off to the mountains on my way down"

"Perfect" Geoff left the house with Ryan. "Jack told me that was Derse we were at last night" He looked to Ryan.

"Derse?"

"Yah, our dream self's wake up there when we sleep"

"Cool, one mystery solved" Ryan smiled. For the most part silence fell between the two. They soon reached a cavern that turned pitch black in towards the mountain.

Geoff pulled a torch out and lit it, he nodded to Ryan who returned it and they started in. Placing a blazing torch on the wall every time it became to dark to see anymore. Geoff Breathed out an "Oh no" as the path split off.

Ryan held a hand out." what now?"

He filled Ryan's open palm with half of his torch supply, "i'll talk the left" He said as he began to walk " you take the right" Ryan nodded as he started down his own path.

"Hey Geoff?" Ryan looked at him one last time beofre disapearing in a cavern.

"Hmm?"

"Good luck"

"You too, be careful"
