Act 3: Part 3

Ray

Ray's eyes shot open at the sound of a monster Gurgling. 

Wait, Wasn't he dead? he could remember the feeling as his neck was broken. He sat up and looked down at his clothes. They were pink now, He felt that he wore a mask. Everything ws slightly blurried, He'd lost his glassed. Good. A hood sat lightly on his shoulders.The light pink shirt turned into a point above his crotch. His darker pants disappeared into green boots that came up just under his knees. 

Ray felt like he should get up and try to find his way to his friends. Without his glasses though he could only see things close to his eyes. He could tell by the way the light dimmed that night was already here.

Ray slid up onto the slab beneath him, the stone felt could. Printed on it was a heart, matching the one on his shirt. For some reason, he didn't feel frightened of being overrun by monsters. He felt like he could take on armies of mobs with his bare fists and win.  Even without his glasses.

In the last bit of Daylight he pulled out his map. He couldn't see his friends, just his red arrow alone in the forest. As the sun set he saw underground light not far off.

"Sweet" Ray took a blind step towards it. As he neared the light he heard the unmistakable sound of a zombie. He grabbed  its arm and flung it into the light, it began to crackle and burn.

so he'd been right, that was lava. He'd most likely be alright here until morning.

"Hello!?" Ryan's voice echoed. 

"Ryan!? Yo! over here!" Ray waved a hand just in case.

"Ray!" the blur of Ryan ran towards him "You okay?"

"Yeah, i lost my glasses" he shrugged.

"You know your wearing all pink right?"

"Like it?Its protecting my virginity" Ryan laughed, he wore an outfit that was navy blue as far as Ray could tell. 

"i can't see the others on my map" Ryan sat down in the light of the Lava.

"Me either" 

"What happens now?"

"Not sure"  Ray shrugged as he sat next to his friend. Ryan pulled out his phone and began to type. "What are you doing?"

"Finding out whats up with these outfits" Ryan took a pic of Ray, who blinked at the flash. "Rough of Hear" Ryan nodded "and Seer of Void"

"What the hell is that?" Ray tilted his head and raised an eyebrow.

"Apparently we have powers based on out titles. Its called god tier, when we fight we climb tiers or get stronger." 

"Interesting" Ray looked out into the night, waiting for daylight.
