My time was up by now and I had to go back to my room.
I don't remember how, but the minute I put my head on the pillow; I fell into deep sleep and the past visited my dreams. As I said before we live with the memories.
I woke up feeling unusually excited, having the feeling that I finally found a savior, the thing that's going to get me out of this wretched place.
I headed to the diner where we eat our breakfast and sat down by Nickolas, this time he didn't offer me his food. That thought made me smile.
Actually what made me smile was the thought of me wanting him to offer me his food which he wasn't by any means obliged to do. I mean it is after all his food.
Obviously he noticed me smiling,
"What's making you smile?"
"Umm... well I'm th-thinking"
I lie a lot these days.
"What's on your mind?" he asked.
I had to improvise...
"Well you know why a person would be desperate and sad?"
"There are many reasons I guess" he answered
"Well to me, a person could be sad and angry with life when he has no purpose in life what so ever."
"Okay, go on?"
"Well I have finally found my purpose in this ugly place"
"Please do tell me what this purpose might be?"
I think he is mocking me but I seriously didn't care less, I was 'improvising'.
"Well my purpose is: Get the hell out of this place." I declared.
I didn't see it coming, but he started laughing loudly.
"Why are you laughing? I'm not joking."
At this point I truly wasn't joking.
"Of course you aren't" he continued his laughter, and I waited until this humiliation was over.
"Are you done?" I asked seriously.
"No not really give me a second" he laughed again, it was seriously annoying.
"Sorry, I'm done now. The question is Niala, How in the world will you get out of this place?" he was definitely mocking me.
"Well the answer is simple, BY telling the truth" I smiled foolishly.
"Okay?"
"Sometimes Nickolas the truth can be your savior" I said as I prepared to meet Julianne.
"Okay then go tell the truth" he was being sarcastic, I knew it.
Eventually I rushed for Julianne's office and when I was there I found her waiting.
"You look amazing today Nia" she said in an overly sweet tone.
"Well I feel amazing too" I flashed her one of the brightest smile I could manage to fake.
She smiled back.
Julianne's red hair matched her skin tone and her bright smile perfectly, she is a woman in her mid 30's.
For a woman her age she has a perfect body, she also has the perfect texture... I might add her texture was even better than mine.
"So would you like to continue what you told me yesterday?" she asked
