Aurora's POV
I woke up extra early today and texted Cassie right away.
"Morning sleepy head. "
It's cold outside and trust me it's nearly freezing so I decided to take an extremely cold shower. I know. I said the weathers we're cold and I wanna take a cold shower but that's just me I guess. I really love coldness. And dark.
Nyctophillia
Nic-to-fi-liaLove to darkness.
Yes I am nytophillia and no, I'm not hipster who always dress black as if someone close to them dies everyday. No. I love black but not until I have to paint every single thing that I have with that colour. It'll becomes weird.
When I'd done my shower, my phone vibrated and it was from Cassie.
"IT'S SIX IN THE MORNING ARE YOU INSANE? !"
I chuckled when I read her text. I always love to text with Cassie. It just gives me relaxation that no one ever gives to me. Maybe because I'm alone..
"Nope, still sane. BTW, I'm skipping class today so kinda excited! "
*sent*
*vibrates*
"What? Why? Where are you going? "
She always comes up with bunch of questions. Ugh.
"1. Yes.
2.Because I'm gonna go and get a medical checkup.
3.The hospital. "*sent*
I just decided to go on a regular medical checkup today because I need to know about my Takot-whatever. I need to know whether there is stage for this syndrome or not and I need to know if I'm going to survive or not.
I am not paranoid but when it involves physical pains, I need to know. It's my body anyway.
When another text vibrated my phone, Cassie had gone wild. (You already guessed them, anyway.)
"WHAT? WHY?! ARE YOU OKAY?! I'M COMING WITH YOU! WAIT FOR ME! IM IN THE BATH TUB! "
I chuckled again. And smiled like an idiot. I left the message hanged while choosing the appropriate clothes for the checkup.
I just wore my representive sweater from school and black sweatpants. I blowed dry my hair and put some baby powder on my no acne-s face. What? Baby powder smells so nice until I wanna wear them all over my body.
I went downstairs and it's nearly seven so I make myself a quick breakfast before the members of my family wakes up.
I poured myself some cereal and milk with chocolate milk. Yum. And I got them diligently. I know I'm going for checkup but in odd cases, I actually smiling. Real smile.
But my smile dried up.
As soon as I saw my mom was going to my direction and making some breakfast for the rest of the family. Like usual, pancakes. Mom knows I didn't eat pancakes after Granny died yet she still serves them.
"Where are you going? " she asked me.
Wait, did she just all to me?The mom that I gotten used to never talks to me. Even smile. She'll just go around and mad about something she'd done. To me, to be precise.
"Checkup. " I answered them without looking to her direction. She didn't even look at me when she asked the question.
What you give, you get back.
