"Shawn." I whispered, shaking him slightly. Another loud clap of thunder struck and I jumped, as quiet gasp slipping through my lips.

I am absolutely terrified of thunderstorms. When I was little, I used to be fine but now, I'm extremely terrified of them. Especially when it was the night time storms.

The wind made the rain whip furiously outside and hit the windows at a hard and fast speed.

"Shawn." I mumbled, shaking him again.

"What's wrong, princess?" He asked groggily, rubbing his eyes before looking at me.

I looked down shyly. He didn't know I was scared of storms. Another loud boom of thunder hit and I jumped as my eyes widened.

A grin spread across his face and I looked down in embarrassment. "Come here."

I laid down and he wrapped his arms around me, pulling my body close to him.

"I think it's cute you're afraid of storms. I guess another reason for me to cuddle you." He said, tracing a pattern of circles on my hip.

I rested my head on his chest, listening to the steady rhythm of his heart beating.

We laid there for a while as the storm started to become weaker by the minute. A not so loud thunder hit again but this time, I didn't flinch. I clutched onto Shawn and looked up at him.

"It's okay." He whispered, planting a soft kiss on my temple.

I smiled before closing my eyes, hoping to get a good sleep for the rest of the night.

Short but cute. I know I said I would update like last week but my wifi got shut off and I was so pissed but hey, I got it back today

Also I just got this huge ass snow storm blizzard Thursday and ended up having no school on Thursday and Friday. Sexy right? I know.
