The Sentinel of Earth.

Nothings ever normal.

                             Millennium City , a city booming in industry, business, and unfortunately crime. it is also the birthplace of the great meta-human outbreak. No one truly knows how it all happened, all anyone knows is the results of it. After his return to from Orion 8, Dexter did everything he could to have a normal life. His practice had picked up, and so did his activity as Millennium city 's latest meta-human the Sentinel. There were others. Some chose a life of crime, while others chose to defend the rights of citizens throughout Millennium city. Dexter himself was a member of the government-sanctioned organization metahuman group known as  ALPHA FORCE.

                 ALPHA FORCE was the primary meta-human response team there in Millennium city. The team's founder was the world-renowned Dr. William Jones, owner of Omni-corp technology's, philanthropist, and one of the richest men in the world. He was also Dexter's patient some years ago. Several years before his own transformation, Dr. Jones suffered from an accident which basically left him paralyzed, and had taken away of most of his sight and hearing capabilities. After his cybernetic transformation, it was Dexter who helped him deal with it from a mental standpoint. Once Dexter found himself in his own meta-human vicissitude, Dr. Jones returned the favor, and helped him deal with his great transformation, he even defined exactly what the Sentinel uniform was. A Mutualistic biological-nano symbiotic technology as he, Dr.Jones had labeled it, all the same, it still took Dexter a while to wrap his mind around it, even after his Sentinel training, there was still so much he didn't know about the suit. the final conclusion, the suit was alive, and now they were one and the same. A mutual symbiotic device dwelling on the inside of his chest called a Quantum Badge. 

            It was a peaceful afternoon in Century Park. City dwellers did their usuals. bicycles, joggers skateboarding youth all going about their business and very unaware as to what was about to happen. Dexter began walking the bike trail at a slow even pace. He looked at his watch to check the time. He had a 1 hour still until his next appointment. As he made his way to the entrance of the park, The statue of Millennium city's greatest champion Captain Pinnacle stood majestically high above as if it were continuously keeping the city under its protection, however, nothing could be any further from the truth. Why? Simply because Captain Pinnacle was nowhere to be found. it was as if he had just fallen off the face of the earth. He was like a rock star to the dwellers of Millennium city,  but to the evil meta-humans, it meant freedom for all. But Dexter had his own set of issues to contend with. Even though he mainly dwelt with inner stellar criminals, he had now become the strongest metahuman in Millennium city, he was now the newest rockstar.

                   As he continued to walk the trail, his hyper hearing had picked up an all too familiar sound. His Quantum badge had begun to give off a slight burning sensation under his suit. This only meant one thing, trouble was heading his way.
