Pandemonium was the only word one could use to describe what was happening at city hall. The surviving son of Millennium City, Captain Pinnacle had snapped. The mayor, along with all of his aides, and the rest of the city employees had all made it out safely, however, the city aldermen didn't stand a chance. They were all stuck with Pinnacle in the city council room hiding for their lives. Jones, the rest of Alpha Force and even Mia, had made it over to the scene. Jones had sent the three new Sentinels to search for Dexter while they would try to deal with Pinnacle. "Trick-Shot! Get his attention." Let's see if we can get him outside, and get some of the folks outside."  "Ki, let the authorities know what we are planning.  Trick shot had fired a grenade arrow at Pinnacle, and once it made its impact, Pinnacle was already heading in the team's direction. "Now kid !"  But, before he could reach them, he felt a force of impact that would send him directly through the southeast wall of city hall. "Dude simmer down will you!" But Gideon's words would fall on deaf ears as Pinnacle was already regaining his composer from the great blow. He gave Gideon a cold smile, and took to the air, causing him to lose his vise-like grip on the Captain. "Oh, Crap didn't see that coming." Trick-shot would say. Jones could see that Gideon was just about to let go and needed Trick-shot to be ready with an SCT netting arrow. Even though Gideon's blow would allow them enough time to clear the rest of the building safely, it still placed him in a vulnerable position. He was falling and falling fast. Pinnacle just watched as the youngest member of ALPHA FORCE was about to die, or so he thought. Jones shouted now, and the SCT netting arrow was fired and spread between four buildings.

Dexter screamed in almost unbearable pain. He could feel the electrical energy surges running throughout his body, as Grafter continued to retrieve the cosmic Quantum device from his chest. "Give it to me Drake!" "The longer you fight, the more painful it will become." Grafter would have been satisfied with just torturing Dexter, but the Quantum device was an uncommon prize, and he wanted it more. Just as he was beginning to raise the power levels, a strange form had begun to reanimate in his lab. It was none other than Seth Vaal." Did you get the device from his mortal frame yet  Grafter? " " My master awaits its return." Grafter had forgotten that he promised to give the device over to Vaal once he had taken it from Drake. "Just a few more moments and it will be yours, Seth."  Seth had moved over to the crucified limp frame of Dexter toying with him. "Back to our normal human self eh earth dweller?"  His rough scaly hand felt like a vise on Dexter's chin, twisting it about, as if he were some type of lab rat, or giving him a rather abrupt inspection. Suddenly, an all too familiar sound could be heard. It was loud enough to make Grafter cease from the extraction process, and Seth to loosen his vise-like grip.

Without warning, the three Sentinels had arrived on the scene. Each of them had immediately flown in and took over everything. Their cosmic blast would send Vaal, and Grafter falling back and away from their positions. "No!" Grafter Screamed out. You both are in direct violation of the inner galactic peace treaty of this planet !" Stand down, or be destroyed. Each of them in full strength, and ready to subdue them both. Dexter managed to push out a smile.

" Our attempts to retrieve the Quantum device has come to an end Grafter." "It is time for me to take my leave from this forsaken rock of a planet !" Vaal said taking the transportation device from his side pouch. Grafter could do nothing but watch as his alien counterpart was about to throw him under a bus. "How dare you leave me here to contend with three Sentinels !" "You have to take me with you!" Vaal just laughed as he began to press the device.  But, much to his surprise, it did not work. A now confused Vaal frantically trying to make the device respond to his commands. "Our first thought was to destroy your transporter system Seth Vaal." Zurrah had said, holding what was left of the device from his spacecraft. "Noooo!!!!" Vaal screamed out. Your only choice is to return to Orion 8 for sentencing. The Sentinel called Quag added, who stood much taller than Vaal. He then placed stasis bands on his wrist which placed Vaal in what would seem like a comatose state. Immediately the two of them took to the air and were gone from sight. "What shall become of this one?" Sentinel Druueg said referring to Grafter, but by this time, Dexter was almost at full strength in his human form and was breaking himself free from the upright table. "I'll take care of this one." He said pressing his Quantum badge becoming the Sentinel of the earth once more. " Hold him up," Dexter said moving around to Grafters back. "What are you doing ?! " "Release me!!" But Grafters pleas would go unanswered. He wanted to transform into his counterpart, but could not. Dexter found the small of his back near his lower spine and began using his hands to literally burn out any infestation of the parasites venom resting internally. All Grafter could do was scream in agonizing pain.
