Words are flowing through my head
Like a rippling brook
I'm afraid I'll loose them
If I take a look
Too close and poof!
They're gone
Flying into the unknown
Goodbye words,
Goodbye poem,
You've flown from me too soon
Come again fluid words of wisdom
I want to hear your call
Singing like a meadow lark
Shouting like a lions roar
Come again, I whisper
Come, dear words of mine
Come, I plead, I call
But you do not answer at all.
