CHAPTER 11: Bullies

Josh's POV ~

After the call ended between me and Tyler I made my way to the lunch room. I was in the bathroom while I was talking to him so I wouldn't get yelled at for being on my phone.

I went to the canteen to order my lunch. I got a pizza slice and a water. Now the hard part comes, where do I sit?

I scanned the lunch room and spotted an empty table toward the back and sat there. I was about half way through eating when the kids that picked on me in english class the first day came over to where I was sat.

I took a moment to examine them. There was the dude who made a comment on my stuttering and looked like he was on a sports team, there was a tall dude with dark brown hair and a still tall yet not as tall as the others dude with blonde hair.

Sports team dude decided to speak first "hey guys look its the stutterer" I tried to ignore them. "Oh careful he might storm off again" blonde hair dude spoke next as brown hair dude pushed me a bit.

"S-stop. L-leav-" I didn't even get to finish my sentence because sports dude cut me off "t-t-today please" then him and the other two started laughing. I took a deep breath before I tried to continue eating my food.

Dark hair dude pushed my tray off the table before I could "oops" he said in a innocent voice. They all erupted into laughter again. I tried to stand up to walk away but sports dude grabbed me by the shoulder and sat me back down.

"Where do you think your going?" he asked with a laugh. "I-i don't k-know"
I replied ripping his hand off my shoulder and trying to get up again.

I turned to walk away when I felt a hand on my shoulder again"l-leave me alone!" I screamed turning around and punching sports dude in the chest. 'That was a bad idea...why did I do that.... He's going to kill me' were thoughts racing through my mind as I stared  wide eyed at him.... He looked pissed.

"What the hell!" he screamed loudly gaining the attention of everyone in the lunch room.I looked around at everyone hoping someone would save me. Before I knew it a fist came flying at my face and hit me in the nose then another at my gut. Blonde hair dude and brown hair dude held my arms as sports dude continued punching my gut.

"Mr.Urie, Mr.Smith, and Mr.Evans! What on earth do you think you are doing!?" I'm assuming a teacher yelled from the other side of the lunch room. "Leave that poor boy alone and get to the office right now!" the voice yelled again. Yeah its definitely a teacher.

"Whatever" sports dude said as the other two threw me to the ground. I held my stomach as I lay on the floor. I could feel something running down my cheek. My nose is probably bleeding.

The whole lunch room was quiet except for the faint clicking of high heels that were slowly becoming louder. They stopped in front of me and I looked up to see the Secretary that gave me my schedule the first day.

"Are you okay sweetheart?" she said as she knelt beside me I nodded my head yes and tried to stand up but the pain in my stomach stopped me.

"Lets get you to the nurse." the Secretary said as she helped me to my feet. We walked in silence to the nurses office. Once we were there she told me to take a seat and wait for the nurse to take a look at me. She handed me some Kleenex before she left.

Not long after the Secretary left the nurse came over to me and looked and my nose and stomach. The nurse told me my nose was broken and I'd have to go to the hospital to get it fixed and my stomach would have a bruise soon. She gave me a ice pack for my stomach and gave me new Kleenex as she called my mom.

It was about 20 minutes later and my mom came rushing into the nurses office and ran over to me "oh my god Josh are you okay? Who did this to you?" my mom said in a panicked tone as she lightly grabbed the sides of my face.

"I'm okay mom but my nose is broken." I informed her and she gasped as she took a better look at it.

Soon enough me and my mom were on the way to the hospital to get my nose fixed. After it was fixed my mom took me home and made me lay in bed with a ice pack on my stomach.

She gave me a kiss on the forehead and told me she would be home in a few hours and to call her if I needed anything.  She had to get back to work before her boss got mad.

I took out my phone and seen I had a message from Tyler. I opened it and messaged him back.

Tyler: hey I'm out of the shower

Me: hey.. Sorry I took so long to answer... Something happened that got in the way

Tyler: what do you mean something happened that got in the way..... What happened?

Me: some stupid kids decided I make a pretty good punching bag.

Tyler: OMG ARE YOU OKAY?!

Me:yeah I'm fine... I got a broken nose and my stomach is super bruised but thats it

Tyler: who did it?

Me:..I'm not sure... The only thing I know is that their last names are smith, evans and urie.

Tyler: oh... I think i know who your talking about.

Me: yeah.... Anyway whats up

Tyler: nothing just laying on the couch watching tv you?

Me: laying on my bed with a ice pack on my stomach bored out of my mind cause my mom doesn't want me moving around.

Tyler: oh... I would say come over my house but that would involve you moving.

Me: well why don't you come over here?

Tyler: okay be there in 10mins

Me: okay

Once Tyler arrived he freaked out a bit over my nose then after he calmed down we played mario kart til my mom came home. Then we ate some food and watched a movie til Tyler went home. Max showed up at some point to teach me how to read sheet music but my mom told him that it'll have to wait til another day and sent him home.

A/N ~ well hello ... How many people hate me now because i made Josh get beat up? Probably all of you ... Oh well I'm going to sleep now. Love you! Bye❤
