CHAPTER 29: Movies

Josh's POV ~

Its Sunday now. I got to go home today. I don't really want to tho. I just want to stay with Tyler. Yesterday he said he loves me and god do I ever love him.

Were still laying in bed. He's still asleep. I'm just playing with his hair and scrolling through Twitter on my phone waiting for him to wake up.

I hear the door open so I look up. There's a little girl there. Madison I think she said her name was. I met her at breakfast yesterday along with Jay... Their Tyler's other siblings.

"Hi." I whispered. "Hi." she whispered back. "Is Tyler still sleeping?" she asked and I nodded. "Oh... Well do you mind if me, Jay and Zack come in here and play a game?"

I have no right in telling them if they can or not cause I'm not sure if Tyler would want them to. "Um.. I mean I wouldn't mind but I don't know what Tyler would say..." I said. "Can I ask him?" Madison said slowly walking toward us. "..... I guess."

"Hey Tyler?..... Tyler?" Madison said poking his cheek. "What do you want?" he mumbled. "Can me Jay and Zack play your game?"

he slowly sat up and stretched. "Yeah, yeah let me set it up." he said crawling out of the bed and turning the game on. Jay and Zack came in then and sat on the bed in front of me. Tyler handed the 3 of them controllers and walked over to me.

He grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the room with him. Once we were in the hall he kissed me. "G'morning Joshie." he said when he pulled away. "Morning Ty."

"I would have kissed you in there but Jay and Maddy don't know yet." he said walking toward the stairs, I followed him. We went down into the kitchen and made ourselves some cereal.

I want to take Tyler out again today but where do I want to take him? We could go to the movies then go somewhere to eat... Yeah that sounds good that's what we'll do.

We finished eating and put our dishes in the sink. We started to walk up the stairs. "Go get dressed." I said to him. "Okay.. Where are we going today Mr. romantic? Oh wait let me guess... It's a surprise." he said with a smile. I nodded.

We got dressed and put our shoes on. "We're going to need your car." I said walking out of the house. "Okay"

We both got in the car and he pulled out of the driveway. "Where are we going?" he asked. ".. I kinda wanted it to be a surprise but I guess I have to tell you so you know where your going" I said with a slight laugh. "Go to the movie theatre" I said.

"Were going to the movies?" he said excitedly. I nodded. "Thank you" he said reaching over and grabbing over of my hands. "Your welcome."

I let Tyler pick the movie we were going to see. We sat at the back of the theatre toward the middle. After the movie was over I told him to pick a place to eat. He picked a small café that wasn't too far from the movies.

The food there was great the both of us had a really good time.

The drive back to his house was filled with music blasting from the radio until Tyler turned it down. I looked at him in confusion.  "Can we go back to the lake we were at yesterday for a bit?" he asked. I smiled " of course."

We pulled up to where the path started and got out. Tyler went to the trunk and pulled a blanket out. We then made our way to the clearing and sat down on the blanket.

I had an arm slung over Tyler's shoulders as we watched birds fly over the lake. The water was shimmering in the sunlight, it was beautiful.

Me and Tyler stayed at the lake  talking and goofing off for a while. The sun started to set as Tyler crawled onto my lap and kissed me. We then watched the sun go down.

It was almost completely dark when my phone rang. I took it out of my pocket to see who it was, it was my mom.

"Hello?" I said. "Hi sweetheart I'm home now so whenever your ready you can come home just don't be too late." my mom said. "Okay I'll be home soon. Love you. Bye" I said before hanging up.

Tyler pouted at me. "What?" I said
"I don't want you to go." he sighed.
"I don't want to go either but I have to."

We got up, grabbed the blanket and went to his house so I could get my stuff. After I had it Tyler drove me home. He came in for a bit when we got there.

Me, Tyler and my mom sat in the living room watching a movie. My mom was in the recliner chair and Tyler was laying on my chest as we lay on the couch.

Tyler reached up and grabbed my hand intertwining our fingers while still watching the movie. I smiled and ran my free hand through his hair.

When the movie was over Tyler had to go. Neither of us wanted to leave each other. Me and Tyler stood by the door. I had my hands on his waist as I kissed him. I didn't want to pull away but I forced my self to. I gave him a hug.

"Drive safe.. Text me when you get home... I love you." I said as I opened the door for him. "I love you too." he said before giving me another quick kiss and leaving. I watched as his car backed out of the driveway and disappeared down the street.

I pressed my forehead to the glass of the door once his car was no longer in sight.

"You really love him don't you?" my mom said from behind me, making me jump a bit. I turned around to face her. "Yeah... I Really do." I said smiling slightly. "I can tell he does too." she smiled as well.

The both of us then got ready for bed and said goodnight to each other.
