CHAPTER 12: I Like Girls... Right?

Tyler's POV ~

It's been a week since Josh got beat up. The bruise on his stomach was starting to fade, his nose still looked pretty bad tho. Josh started going back to school yesterday. The kids who beat him up got suspended and wont be back for another week.

I went to visit Josh everyday since the incident and we've become really close. Blurryface has been pretty quiet since I met Josh although he was still there he just wasn't as talkative or loud, not that I'm complaining or anything.

It's now Thursday and I'm in my 2nd class of the day, math. I hate math. I'm not bad at math my mark is like somewhere in the 80's I just don't like it, but I mean who does?

I was in the middle of doing my textbook questions when I felt my phone go off so I made sure the teacher wasn't looking and checked.

Josh: Hey XD

Me: hi..... I'm in class Josh

Josh: yea so am I but class is boring so talk to me.....please

Me: fine but if I get in trouble I'm blaming you.

Josh: I'm good with that.
So what class you in?

Me: meth

Josh: math*

Me: naw imma call it meth XD

Josh: okay sounds good

Me: what class you in?

Josh: chemistry :p

Me : ah.... Wanna hang out after school?

Josh: sure... My house or your house?

Me: ummmmm..... My house you've never been there yet so.

Josh: okay sounds good
I want tacos

Me: Tacos? That was random but okay

Josh: yea but I'm serious I really want a taco right now... Like I would throw my phone at the teacher while screaming about squirrels if it meant I could have a taco right now. (why is this something I'd actually do)

I had a huge smile on my face and I was trying to hold back a laugh when the teacher yelled at me. "Mr. Joseph you better not be on your phone. You should be doing your textbook questions!"

"Sorry sir." I said quietly "if i catch you on your phone again its mine til the end of the day" the teacher stated and I just nodded my head in response.

Me: I'm laughing so hard at the right now but I got in trouble for being on my phone so I gtg see you later

Josh: sorry XD and yeah see you later

I continued doing my textbook question til the bell rang and when it did I went off to art.

The first half of Art went by pretty quick and it was now lunchtime so I made my way to the lunchroom.

When I got there I spotted Josh at the far end sitting by himself so I quickly grabbed some food from the canteen and went over to him.

"Hey Josh!" I greeted him as I sat down next to him "oh h-hey Tyler" I took a bite of my sandwich." you sawd you wanded tacos so I wers werdering ef you'd wand to go to taco bewl after scwool" I said with my mouthful "w-what?" Josh chuckled

I swallowed the food in my mouth " I said do you want to go get taco bell after school cause you said you wanted tacos earlier" I said then I took a sip of my water. "Oh yea s-sure" he said before he took a bite of his wrap.

The rest of lunch was spent with us talking and a few laughs. Then I went back to art.

After the second half of art was over I made my way to band. Wait didn't Josh say I have band with him?

I walked into the band room and spotted Josh at the drum kit. Max was pointing at a piece of sheet music on the stand then he pointed to one of the drums. I'm assuming he was helping Josh with reading the music.

I sat down at the piano and ran my fingers over the keys before I pressed a few and played a little melody to get warmed up. I stopped in the middle of the melody when I heard the sound of drums being played and I looked over to Josh to see him slowly playing the beat the song required.

"L-like that?" he asked max "yea just there's an extra kick drum right here that you missed" max pointed somewhere on the paper "ooooooooh" Josh said before starting to slowly play it again, this time he added the extra kick drum.

I smiled as I watched him play, you can tell he really enjoys playing the drums. He plays with such passion and joy.

The teacher then walked into the class and everyone stopped playing their instruments as they listened to him speak.

He told us what piece we'd be playing and we got to it.

I kept messing up on one part of the song and it was getting frustrating. The teacher came over to help. He demonstrated at the regular speed then slowed it down more so I could really understand what he was doing.

Once I got it the rest of the class went by really fast. Before I knew it me and Josh were making our way to taco bell (fun fact I've never been to a taco bell before) then to my house.

Once we were there we went up to my room. We talked, laughed, and played video games. In the middle of playing video games a random thought popped into my head. 'is josh ticklish?'

"Hey Josh?" I spoke setting my controller down. "Y-yea tyler?" he was looking at me now "... Are you ticklish?" Josh stared at me wide eyed for a second before answering " n-no what me ticklish naw"

I gasped " you are ticklish!" I exclaimed as sat up on my knees.         " I a-am not!" he yelled "okay" I said sitting back down with a grin on my face

"W-why are you grinning?.... Tyler?......" my grin grew wider before I jumped at him and started tickling him " T-TYLER NO S-STOP....TYLERRRR I SWEAR!" he screamed between laughs

I continued tickling him "TYLER STOP I-I CAN'T BREATHE" he was still laughing his face off, as was I.

My mom then opened my door "tyler honey I need you t-" she stopped talking and looked at me with confusion. I stopped tickling Josh and he started trying to catch his breath. I didn't even hear my mom come home.

"Hi mom" I gave her a smile. "Hi... Tyler who's this?" she asked pointing to Josh "oh um thats... Thats Josh" I said then turned to Josh "Josh this is my mom, mom this is Josh" I introduced them.

"Oh so this is Josh.... Hello Josh" I looked at Josh he seemed kind of frozen but after a few seconds he cleared his throat "h-hi Mrs. Joseph"
He said quietly and gave a little wave.

"Are you boys hungry?" she asked I looked at Josh and he shook his head no "no were good mom" and with that she left.

I turned to Josh yet again and moved my arms slightly like I was going to tickle him again and he grabbed his sides and jumped off the bed "NOOOOOO! D-dont tickle me" he screamed the first part then quieted down a bit

I looked down at Josh's feet before I started laughing " wheres your sock at?" I said pointing at his foot "i-i have no idea" he said as he started laughing too.

I quieted my laughing a bit as I took a moment to look at Josh while he searched for his sock... Hes so adorable. I love his smile that shows his perfect teeth, his laugh and how his eyes squint when he's smiling and just everything about him. He's just so cute and perfect and... Wait am I getting a crush on Josh?.. No I'm not I-i can't..... H-he's my best friend.. A-and I like girls.... R-right?

A/N ~ lol i have no clue what I'm doing. But guess whaaaatt i made this bomb ass sandwich and it tastes awesome and one of my cats tried to steal it but i was like 'lol nawww' and ran away to hide in my room and eat it then he was like outside my door like ' lemme in bish i want your sandwhich' and i was like 'lol naaaaaaawwwww' and continued shoving the sandwich into my face hole ... I dont know why im telling you this but whatever. Love you! Bye❤
