CHAPTER 70: Epilogue

Tyler's POV ~ (5 years later)

Its been almost 6 years since I met Josh and I'm happy to say were still together. Were still living in that small apartment but it's perfect. Everything is perfect.

Josh is taking me somewhere tonight. I don't know where he won't tell me or even let me see, he blindfolded me.

"Can I take it off yet?" I asked as he led me somewhere unknown. "Not yet." he replied. A few seconds later we stopped and Josh let go of me.  "Okay Take it off." he said.

I slowly pulled the blindfold off and looked around. "Why are we at our old school?" I asked. "Not just anywhere at our old school Tyler. Where are we?" Josh said walking around a bit, seeming nervous.

I took a moment to really take in where exactly we were in the school. I smiled. "Where we first met. Where we ran into each other." I said. Josh nodded. "Yup. This place is very important to me. This is where I met the love of my life."

I blushed. Josh took a deep breath and stood in front of me. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a tiny box before proceeding to get on one knee. "Josh." I said with tears forming in my eyes. It's happening, it's really happening.

"Tyler. Tyler Robert Joseph. I don't know what I would've done if I hadn't ran into you that day...  I don't know where I'd be or what I'd be doing. You've helped me through so much, you've always been there for me and I can't thank you enough. We've had your good times and some bad but we've always found our way back and although our life isn't perfect, we live in a tiny ass apartment with a shitty ass car but.... I wouldn't ask for it to be any other way. Every morning I wake up and look forward to seeing your beautiful face and hearing your beautiful voice. I love you so much Tyler. I'd do anything for you. I'll always be here. Your my everything. So Tyler Robert Joseph... Will you do me the honor of becoming my husband?" by the time Josh finished I had tears running down my cheeks and my hand pressed to my mouth.

I nodded. "Yes Josh yes." Josh smiled widely and slipped the ring onto my finger. When it was on he stood up and picked me up. I kissed him, wrapping my legs around his waist and my hands cupping the sides of his face.

The next thing I know people are jumping up out of nowhere cheering. There was Brendon, Mel, my siblings, Josh's siblings, and some other friends of ours that we met over the last few years like Gerard, Pete, Patrick, Dallon, and Ashley (Halsey)

I had a permanent smile on my face. Josh set me down gently but kept his arm around my shoulders. Brendon was going crazy running around and freaking out. "Brendon tone it down a bit jeez." Josh laughed. "Congratulations!" Brendon screamed then ran over to Dallon and kissed him. "Ha I knew you 2 were a thing!" Mel yelled pointed at them.

We all then went out for dinner, had a few drinks.... Well most of us had a few drinks except me and Brendon. I didn't drink at all but Brendon was loaded and was doing a impressions of a girl, which to be honest weren't half bad. After we went for a walk at the park. Brendon got stuck in one of the baby swings. Me, Josh and Dallon pulled him out, while everyone else laughed at him.

Now me and Josh are just getting back to the apartment. Josh was a bit tipsy but he was okay.  He was leaning on me so he wouldn't fall. He had a few drinks not too much though, unlike Brendon. As soon as the door shut we were kissing and making our way to the bedroom. We tripped over Bella but resumed what we were doing after making sure she was okay.

We fell onto the bed with a few laughs. Josh kissed me again. "I love you Tyler." he said staring into my eyes. "I love you too Josh." he smiled and I pulled him back down for another kiss.
