CHAPTER 27: Interrupted

Josh's POV ~

Me and Tyler were on our way to my house. I was starring out the window when I seen a taco bell sign. "TYLER!" I screamed and he jumped a bit, swerving slightly into the other lane before quickly moving back into ours.

"Jesus Christ Joshie." he said taking a hand off the wheel and putting it on his chest trying to catch his breath.
"Sorry..... Um we should go to taco bell." he chuckled a bit "you really just screamed causing me to almost get in a car accident cause you want taco bell?"

"....yes..... Sorry" I said looking down at my lap. "Don't worry about it. We can go." I looked up at him "yay!"

We pulled into a parking spot at taco bell and got out of the car, connecting our hands and going inside. We ordered our food and sat down at a booth to eat it.

When we were done we went to my house and down into my room where I put a movie on and we cuddled.

My mom came home just as the movie ended. "Josh? Tyler? Can you boys come here?" my mom yelled from upstairs. I wonder what she wants. We get up and go see.

"Whats up mom?" I ask walking into the kitchen. "Tyler do you think your mom would be okay with you guys staying there for the weekend?.... I have to go on a business trip that they just decided to tell me about today."

"Um one sec I'll call and see." Tyler said while pulling his phone out of his pocket. He stood next to me and waited for his mom to pick up. I moved so I was behind him and I wrapped my arms around him slightly swaying us. My mom was smiling at us.

"Hello? Mom? .... Can me and Josh spend the weekend at our house instead?.... Okay thank you.. See you soon .. Love you too ... Bye." he hung up and leaned back into me more. "She said yes." he said. "Great I got to get going tho I'll see you in a few days." my mom said before giving both me and Tyler a kiss on the forehead.

I gathered some stuff I would need for Tyler's then we left. Once there we went straight to his room. He turned on his game system and handed me a controller. Were going to play Mario kart. He sat down next to me and went to start the game when we were interrupted by a kid bursting through his door.

"I HEARD MARIO KART! WHERE? I WANT TO PLAY!" screamed the kid. "Whoa calm down Zack.... You can play." Tyler said getting up and passing Zack a controller..

Zack sat next to me and stared at me questionably. "Who are you?... Are you Tyler's friend?" he asked. "Um I'm Josh and uh..yeah I'm Tyler's ...friend.." I said awkwardly. "Oh... Hi Josh I'm Zack.... Tyler's brother."
He said putting his hand out for me to shake. "Hi." I said shaking his hand.

We played Mario kart for about 3-4 hours before Tyler's mom came into the room and shut the tv off. "It's late.. Time for bed." she said. "Ughhh finnneeee" Tyler groaned getting up to put the controllers away.

Zack said goodnight to me and Tyler before leaving. Me and Tyler then got ready for bed.

Tyler lay in my arms as I nuzzle my face into the back of his neck and place a gentle kiss before drifting to sleep.

"Um Tyler?" Zack's voice rang in my ears as I slowly started to wake up. " ..Tyler?" he said again. "Whhaaattt?" Tyler groaned. "Um mom wanted me to come get you guys for breakfast." Zack said awkwardly.

Tyler turned to face me and wrapped his arms around my stomach. "Yeah yeah, we'll be down in a sec." he mumbled into my chest.

I opened my eyes, squinting slightly to adjust to the light and looked to where Zack was still standing. When he realized I looked at him he awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck and walked out of the room.

Does he know about me and Tyler? If not he's probably super confused.

I leant down and placed my lips to Tyler's forehead. He opened his eyes and looked up at me. I smiled before kissing his lips. "Good morning beautiful." I mumble into the kiss.
I felt him smile against my lips. "Morning."he said tiredly.

Eventually we got up and went downstairs to eat. Tyler's mom made bacon and scrambled eggs with toast.
"Thank you Mrs. Joseph." I said when she placed a plate in front of me. "Your welcome Joshua." she said.

"Umm.... Josh." I corrected. "What?" she turned to look at me. "Um I-i prefer Josh." I said anxiously biting my lip. "Oh I'm sorry I'll keep that in mind."

We ate, put our dishes in the sink and then went back up to Tyler's bedroom.

Tyler closed his door and walked over to me, putting his hands on my chest and pushing me so I laid on my back on his bed.
I propped myself up on my elbows and he straddled me. He put a hand to the back of my neck and pulled me into a kiss.
It was slow and soft. His lips are so delicate and sweet. I sat up our lips still connected, making sure that Tyler didn't fall. I placed my hands on his hips and used my thumbs to massage his hip bones.

Eventually he pulled away with a smile and a content sigh as he rested his forehead on my chest. I wrapped my arms around him and slowly rocked us.

Everything was silent for a few mins. It was interrupted when the door slowly creaked open and Zack stood there awkwardly. Tyler instantly panicked and fell backwards off my lap, I tried to catch him but I missed.

"Zack! What are you doing?! Ever hear of knocking!?" Tyler said as he hurriedly stood up and ran to Zack trying to push him out of the room.
".....Um Tyler.... Can I um talk to you about something in the hall?" Zack asked as Tyler was still trying to get him out of the room.

Tyler stopped and furrowed his eyebrows before he hesitantly nodded and followed Zack out of the room.

A/N ~ ooooo shittt whats gonna happen who knows... Actually maybe some of you can guess.. I'm not sure .. All i know is that its almost midnight and I'm extremely hyper. Also I really want ice cream.
