Chapter 11: Halloween

Today is the most spooky- villan loved holiday ever- Halloween! I know- I know- I skipped a lot of days for this.. but it was really the same old thing.

I yawned, walking out of my room and getting the paper from by the door.

Gooooood morning students of Mystic academy! My name's Rita Strange! Daughter of Doctor Strange! Today, I have found out some interesting news! Two students, Taylor Parker and Maroon Allen (daughter of spider man and son of flash), have been dating! I know, I know, risky territory. But their fellow students deserve to know the truth!

Here's some evidence. Awhile ago, Maroon somehow escaped from detention in Mr. Stevens's (Human next gen. teacher) class, with the help of his friends Carter Bloom, and my brother Colin Strange. Yes, I have a brother. But that's a topic for another day. Maroon went to Taylor's room to hang out with her (evidence A). When in her room, she held his hand as they sat on her bed. Maroon was looking out the window, and Taylor was reading. Weeks before, Maroon gave Taylor a hug (evidence B). I know that may just be because they're close, but who hugs each other? Sometime ago, Taylor held Maroon's hand for a second while they were walking (evidence C). They seem to hang out all the time, going everywhere together. Most of their classes, out to eat, laser-land, a unknown location, each others dorms, the lobby, and to the water park (evidence D, E, F, and G.) It's pretty obvious they're dating. The last thing to do is ask them if this is true. Stay tuned!

I yawned again, sighing. "It's Halloween. I can't be bothered by this." I said, going into my room to put on my costume.

I put on my costume, Dracula, and went to eat breakfast. On Halloween, as Payton told me, the school held a breakfast in the cafeteria. I stopped, looking at a text from the school. Good morning students of Mystic academy! Today is Halloween, as you know, one of the most celebrated holidays in the world! The day will be starting with breakfast, in the North cafeteria! After that, until the time 9th period usually ends, you will be able to trick-or-treat all around the school! Even in your dorm buildings! Finally, the day ends off with the annual Halloween Bash! Come have food, drinks, and a DJ! Bring all your friends!

I shrugged, continuing down the stairs.

The cafeteria was full of people- almost every table full of boys and girls in costumes. I looked around for Taylor, spotting her, Nix, Haily, Trent, and Colin sitting at a table. "Hey Maroon!" Taylor said, smiling. I'll be the first to admit (although Trent probably did before) Taylor looked kinda.. maybe .. a little bit.. Cute.. Harley Quinn is evil, but Taylor says she's awesome. If Taylor thinks so, I guess I agree. Also- the costume is school appropriate. Remember that. "Cool costume, Maroon. Shouldn't you have been the Flash?" "Yeah.. But i've been the flash since I was 4.. decided to change it up." "That's cool." Colin said, looking up from a book. Obviously, he was a magician. Nix was a werewolf, Issac was a zombie, Trent was the joker (Sigh), and Haily was batgirl. After we ate our breakfast: Sea monster eggs (Scrambled eggs or sunny-side up), Vampire blood (red jello), Snake venom (grape juice), and Werewolf's skin (toast), I went back up to my dorm.

I brought all the candy bags out of my room. M&Ms, Fun-dip, Skittles, Twix bars, Hershey Bars, Hershey Kisses, and pixie sticks. I opened the bags, and dumped them into bowls. Albus agreed to stay back and give out candy, because everyone would steal the candy if we left it outside the door. I herd a knock on the door, Probably Taylor. I gave Taylor, Nix, and Haily candy. I gave all the Twix to Taylor.. since it was her favorite.. what? Me, Cart, and Colin headed out to get candy. Issac had to go to the bathroom, so his candy bowl was left outside is door. We raided it, taking all the Fun-Dip. We went to Trent's, taking a good amount of candy (2 pieces each, what a bummer). After we finished the boys dorms, we headed over to the girls' dorm building. We went to Taylor, Nix, and Haily's dorm, raiding their bowl. Taylor was probably inside watching OUAT, the others out somewhere. The girls dorm wasn't as decorated as the boys dorm was, though. I mean.. the boys cared more about scaring.

After we got lots of candy, I headed back to my dorm. I went into my room, and changed into my normal clothes. A maroon shirt with my father's shirt on it, jeans, black shoes, a black jacket, and grey shorts. I went out to the bowling alley, tonight being the championships. Everyone was good, especially Taylor. I'm not just saying that because I have a crush on her.. She got a bunch of strikes, and won by a landslide. She won, getting 1,000,000 super coins, and a gold trophy.
