Chapter 30: Henry Parker

  "So what are you here for?" Someone in the cell next to us asked. "Money, you?" "It's to torture my parents and myself." He said. I frowned.

  "Other villains rely on joker to do their dirty work to be safe. He's always very good at bad things. He does it just for the money, just to spoil his little girl, Haily, who is your friend. I heard you guys talking. He has this cell for supers and stuff because he's super rich. He calls this
the 'Joke House'. I wish it was fun here, but it's really boring.. I've been here my whole life!" The kid said.

  "Who's your parents?" He smiled. "Spiderman and Mj." He answered. Wait hold up-

  "What's your name? I'm Taylor and that's Maroon." "I'm Henry. Henry Parker." Taylor smiled.

  "Henry, I think your my brother." He stared at Taylor and slowly formed a smile. "I wish I could hug you right now!" "Wait a second- now there's six?" Taylor formed a waterball and threw it at Henry. Just for fun. But it stopped in mid air.

  "Maroon, did you-"

  "Er- no.. Remember, I'm a man of fun and games."

  "I did it! I have water powers and super speed." "Your kidding me, right?" "Nope. Joker didn't leave me without powers." He smiled and threw a waterball at Taylor. She smiled and formed a waterball.

  "That can't be good.." I gulped.

  "WATER BALL FIGHT!" I sighed. "I was right.." Taylor threw waterballs at me, and I super speeded around the room throwing tons of waterballs at them. Taylor and Henry ducked, pushing the waterballs back at me. And they all hit me. Why me? I paused when I heard the sound of a roar. "That's Blue, isn't it? Some sort of rescue?" Taylor looked outside the cell. "Uh.. Maroon, how do you guess these things? The elemental are outside with their dragons.."

  "Just a hunch, Tay. Just a hunch."

  Blue wagged his tail, and ran to our cell. He broke the cell door off, and I was the first to climb onto his back. "Thank Roalstin.." "Why do you say that?" Fax asked. "Because.. I want to." "Fair point, kid." Taylor quickly let Henry out, and we flew off on blue.

  "Taylor, what if mom and dad don't like me?" Henry asked.

  Taylor shook her head and smiled. "They will love you Henry, no matter what." Henry smiled and hugged her and Taylor hugged him back.

  "Do I get a hug?" "Sure!" Henry said. "No Henry, not you- Taylor." Taylor smiled. "I would, but Henry's in the way." I frowned. "I'm hurt, Tay." She smiled again. "Later?" I sighed. "Later, I guess." I smiled, and we flew through the night.
