"No no no no, Dipper please don't go!" Pacifica cried and shook him. "P-please don't go!"
Kaori was sitting on the sidelines with tears in her wide eyes. Mabel gasped and leapt up from her seat to walk over to him. "No Dipper.....please no!"
Kaori sat still but couldn't muster any words nor sounds.
Pacifica hugged him tightly, her arms wrapped around him, crying into his shirt. "P-p-please don't-" she broke off into more sobs.
Mabel covered her face and turned away.
And Mabel was heard to whisper:
"Goodnight."
The three girls crowded around him, stifling their sobs for one moment. "Dipper I'm sorry!" Mabel cried.
"I wish we had more time." Kaori whispered, tears spilling out of her eyes.
"I'm sorry I ignored you before. I would change it all now if I had the chance." Pacifica promised.
Pacifica felt someone grab her hand and she looked up. Dipper's hand was holding hers tightly. Pacifica gasped when he whispered three words.
It was three words that changed Pacifica forever.
Just three simple words.
"I love you." He managed to say.
And the monitor went blank.
