"Hey, babe?" Harry called as we left the hospital room.

Our footsteps echoed across the hall as Bailey skipped beside me, her hand tightly wound up with mine.

"Yeah?" I answered, lifting up my head to provide him my full attention.

"We need to remodel the guest room for Bailey," Harry stated as we pushed open the revolving door of the hospital.

I nodded and scooped Bailey up in my arms, following Harry's lead to his car. When we reached his parking spot, I strapped Bailey into the car seat that Chris leant to me and made my way to the opposite side of the car.

I climbed in and seat belted myself as Harry began to drive. "Want to stop for ice cream?" Harry asked Bailey, peering into the rear view mirror.

Her face immediately lit up with a gigantic smile as she nodded her head vigorously.

"Can you drop me home?" I murmured not bothering to look up at Harry's disapproving face.

"Of course," Harry replied awfully calm. He rested a large palm on my thigh as he turned down our street.

"Really?" I lifted my head, surprise clear in my voice.

"Yeah, Bailey and I can spend bonding time together. Right?" The smile that spread across his face warmed my heart. When we finally pulled into the driveway, I waved goodbye and ran inside before I started to cry.

My emotions were running wild the past couple weeks. My phone began to ring from my purse that hung from the coat hook.

I shuffled over to the noise and searched the pockets for the culprit of the noise. I grabbed the phone and answered it.

"Hello?"

Harry's P.O.V.

"Bailey?" I spoke as we pulled out of the driveway.

"Yes, Hawwy?" she replied, pulling at the seat's strap.

"Is it okay if I marry Mommy?" I asked, my curiosity getting the better of me.

"Hawwy," she pointed at me with a small finger. "You make Mommy happy." The little girl behind me nodded and giggled as I turned into the lot of Kenny's Ice Cream Barn.

Bailey and I really got along well. She talked to me like I was her own father and that on its own made my heart swell.

As we headed back to my SUV hand in hand, a familiar face appeared running through the crowd of paparazzi.

His hand was wound up with a young girl. Niall and Sydney. They looked over at me and a smile spread across Syd's face, but grew even more when she saw Bailey.

I picked up the frightened girl and held her close to me, ushering Niall and Sydney into the car.

I followed suit, not bothering to strap Summer's daughter in yet. Instead I kept her in my lap to shield her face from the paps.

"Harry, you have a kid?" Niall questioned.

"No she's Summer's daughter, Bailey." I handed her to Sydney to strap her in so we could leave.

"What?" Sydney asked shocked after she had strapped the small girl into her seat.

I explained the story to them. Every last detail. Recalling Summer's frightened expression as I told the couple the story.

"She looks just like her. But whose the father?" Sydney asked cautiously. "Let me guess. Chris."

I nodded. Sydney went to college with Summer and must have known about their relationship.

Niall turned around to study Bailey's face. "Bailey is one lucky girl."

Summer's P.O.V.

"Hello?" I answered into the phone.

"Hey, Sum," Mia's voice flooded through the speaker. "Listen, Chris and I decided that we...we," Mia began to cry into the phone.

"You're leaving England," I finished for her.

"Ye-Yeah, and he signed Bailey into your custody. All you have to do is sign and she's yours."

"Mia, I'm going to miss you," I hung up the phone afraid of breaking down in front of her.

My legs crashed to the ground and my body curled up into a ball. Tears wracked my body as I sobbed to myself on the wooden floor.

An hour passed and still I lay crying on the living room floor. How could she do this to me? Leave me. Break me. Destroy me. My best friend just gets up and walks away in the hardest of times and leaves me with his daughter, as well as mine.

"Come on in," Harry offered from outside the door.

My body froze and my muscles stopped working. I couldn't move from my position.

"Summer," Harry froze behind me. "Babe, what's wrong?" he crouched beside me.

He handed Bailey to Sydney. Niall lead her into the kitchen, leaving Harry and I alone. Harry pulled me into his lap, rubbing my arm with his hand soothingly.

"Mia and Chris. They are leaving Bailey and me. America is so far away," I murmured into my knees.

"How do I tell her that her fucking father left again?!" I spit.

"Honestly, I have no idea, but again?" Harry paused. "He's left before?"

"In the hospital, I lied to save his sorry arse." I said through gritted teeth. "I never went back to college. He did! He left me during my pregnancy! He fucking left me Harry. I raised her on my own until he came back. He took her away from me." I looked up him with pleading eyes.

Harry crashed his lips onto mine gently. He caressed my tongue soothingly, melting the pain away second by second. He cupped my cheek as I brought my hand to his hair, tugging at the soft curls.

I pulled away slowly, looking into his eyes. "I love you more than you will ever imagine, Sum," he spoke seriously.

Harry pulled me into a big hug. Something he was known for.

"Dido, Styles," I smiled into his neck.

(hey my readers! are you happy mia and chris are leaving? im not..hint hint)
