And just like that four becomes five... Currently feeling like the luckiest mama in the world. Harry & Charlie would like to introduce you all to their baby brother Albie Cohen Jonas, our family is complete 💙

'I am so happy to be home.' Demi admits as she shrugs her jacket off.
'I'm happy to have you home and the boys will be as well. Your mom and Eddie have taken them swimming just to give you some time to settle in.' Joe says placing the carseat on the floor.
'Are you in pain?' He asks and she shakes her head.
'No, I'm actually okay.' She replies smiling as she pats the space beside her.
'Come sit with me?' She says.
'I just need to grab the bags from the car.' He replies and she shakes her head.
'There's nothing in them that we need at the moment, please?' She says. Taking his jacket off he slings it over the back of the sofa before sitting down next to her and draping his arm around her shoulders.
'I'm so proud of you... Look how far we've come.' He says kissing the side of her head.
'Mmm... I'm proud of us. We've overcome so many obstacles and we've made it.' She replies smiling. She lets her head drop against his shoulder as she sighs.
'You think the boys will be okay, don't you? They won't think we're trying to replace them with Albie?' She asks and he shakes his head.
'Of course they won't. Harry and Charlie know we love them to pieces, that isn't going to change.' He replies.
'I just feel like they've been our babies for so long and now Albie's here.' She says quietly.
'They'll be fine.' He replies.

'Hi, sweetie.' Dianna says making her way into the house carrying a sleeping Charlie.
'Hey... Are they both sleeping?' Demi asks and Dianna nods her head.
'I think swimming tired them out.' Dianna replies as she places Charlie on the other sofa and Eddie does the same with Harry.
'How are you feeling?' Eddie asks as Demi stands up and hugs him.
'Good... Really good. From the moment they placed him in my arms I just felt so complete.' Demi admits smiling.
'Don't you think a little girl would complete your family?' Dianna asks and Demi shakes her head.
'I always thought I'd want a daughter but I can't see myself being anything but a mom to boys.' Demi replies.
'But one day?' Dianna asks.
'No, I think we're done having kids.' Demi replies as Joe makes his way into the room carrying Albie.
'You're recovering okay?' Eddie asks as Joe passes Albie to Dianna.
'Yeah. I'm doing fine, a bit tired but I'm good.' Demi replies smiling.
'That's good. He's beautiful, he looks like you.' Eddie says and Dianna nods her head.
'He does.' Dianna replies smiling.

'I feel like this is what we've dreamed of for so long now.' Demi admits; Albie is curled up on her chest as Harry and Charlie lie in between her and Joe while they watch Trolls.
'I know. I still can't quite believe we've got another baby boy.' Joe says and she nods her head.
'I'm so happy.' She replies smiling.
'Me too, babe. He's so tiny that I feel like I don't actually know what I'm doing.' Joe says causing Demi to laugh.
'It's crazy to think the boys were once this size, smaller even.' She replies and he nods his head.
'They were what? 5lbs 2 and 5lbs 7?' He says.
'Yeah, so Albie's less than a pound bigger than them both.' She replies.
'I love you.' He says leaning over the boys to kiss the top of her head.
