Chapter Thirty Two
My alarm went off. I hit the off button and got up. I fell back in shock when I saw a specific brunette guy at the end of my bed.
"Good morning, love." He say.
"Um, morning. H-how'd you get here? What time did you get here?" I ask him.
"I was here since 6. Alanna let me in." He says.
"I'm just, gonna go... Change..." I say, stuttering and got off my bed.
I grab a t-shirt from my hamper and slipped it on. I feel embarrassed waking up in just my bra and spandex shorts. But can you blame me? Sleeping in them is super comfy! But I only do that in uni!
"Why are you here so early?" I ask him as I take out my outfit for today. Its mainly just a pink long sleeve shirt, denim shorts, leggings and my Docs.
The first time I've actually taken my outfit seriously.
"Uh, Niall and I played football in the morning." He said.
Niall? Won't that hurt him? Does Louis know about what happen?
"Oh... Is that so?" I say shakily.
"He told me something happened to you last night. What is that?" He asks.
He did tell him, little prick.
"You know it's not a big deal..." I say running my hands through my hair. My lungs nearly collapsed and my breathing was pretty shallow.
Seriously not now!
"Hey, hey, relax. Come 'ere." He says and wraps his arms around me. I'm pretty sure my finger nails left an indent on his skin. I close my eyes shut and tried to steady my breathing.
"I didnt mean for it to happen, I swear." I murmur while shaking my head.
"What do you mean?" He asks.
I sat up and scoot back on my bed. I leaned on the wall and crossed my arms.
"I went to meet up with Carrie last night. She wanted to meet up in a pub. We were just talking about before. She just loves to remind me about... Every moment I spend regretting and getting away from while she was gone. Carrie wasnt happy of who I am right now. She wants her old friend and I can't be that friend anymore. Then these two guys showed up,"
"Was it someone you know?" He asks defensively. I shake my head.
"No. A complete stranger. Carrie left me alone with the guy who I found out his name was Jake. He offered to get me a drink and he did even if I told him its not necessary."
"You stayed with him?" He asks, obviously hurt. I don't want to hurt him, that's the last thing I ever wanna do.
"Louis..." I say. He pinches the bridge of his nose and refuses to meet my eyes. I've seen him angry before and I certainly don't want to see it again.
"I didnt stay with him! I tried to get away but he wouldn't let me!"
"B-but you did?" He asks. The pain he felt was evident in his voice that sends a pang to my chest.
"No! I would never. Listen to me, Lou..." I touch his face and I can feel him shaking.
I brush my thumb on his cheek and he lets out a sigh. I brought my other hand to the other side of his face and forced him to look me in the eye. He needs to know that I wont ever do that to him. I won't be like that girl who cheated because he didn't want to have sex with her.
"I can't do that to you. I will never do that to you. When that guy was right beside me, the only person I can think about is you, how would you feel if you knew some stranger was sat beside me at a bar."
