"So who exactly was that guy that Lisanna and...Gajeel, were talking about?" Lucy finally asked. She hated to pry, but curiosity always seemed to get the best of her. It probably wasn't healthy, but she didn't care.

"His real name is Natsu. Natsu Dragneel. He...well, he isn't someone you'd want to always be around. There are only a few who can actually get through to him whenever something...happens. Including Gray, Erza...and Lisanna. They've known him the longest, but I think only Gray really knows about his past."

"His past?" The blonde muttered quietly.

"Natsu's a very mysterious person. One day he's seems really cool and friendly, and the next...he's just a complete jerk. Gray always tells us not to judge him...but it's kind of difficult if you barely know the guy. He's really intense, that's for sure."

Shivers tingled throughout Lucy's spine. "Really?"

"I personally don't know him that well...but he kind of seemed like an arrogant person if anything, really. I don't know," Levy mumbled as she picked at her nails in boredom.

    "Wait a minute...Dragneel? As in--"

"Igneel Dragneel, the famous musician that disappeared a couple years ago? Yeah. That's the only thing anyone, besides Gray, actually knows about the Dragneel family."

    "Wow...Hold on."

    "Hm?"

"Juvia was mumbling about how that Wendy girl was a Dragneel back in the auditorium."

Levy nodded. "Oh yeah, Wendy. She's very sweet...the exact opposite of her older brother. She's really shy around others, but overall a nice person. Erza and her are really close."

The blonde stayed silent, processing what Levy had told her.

"Come on, the courtyard is close," The blue haired girl suddenly said.

The two exited out of two wooden doors, leading to a fenced in stairwell, leading down to a vast area with large sets of steps leading upwards, which had a small floor gap in between each set. It looked a lot like a never ending piano. Small ramps were set up that cut the lengthy steps into three sections.

At the very end of the steps was a smooth blacktop with circular tables which resembled closely to those of drums. Even the seats looked like small cymbals with a short stand under it to make it sturdy.

More students were scattered all over the wide steps, some dancing, singing, or just playing their instrument. Lucy secretly loved it all, even if the sounds clashed with one another.

Music was her passion, and she was finally pursuing it. Although she was always shy when it came to actually having to perform for someone...except her mother.

Layla Heartfilia was the reason Lucy wanted to have a music career. Music always helped her feel more connected with her mom. Even after she passed away.
