"So this is your apartment?" Natsu asked, looking around carefully, grazing his fingertips over a small picture frame propped up on a small end table. Displayed in the frame was Lucy's father, mother, sister, and herself, all smiling like it was the most perfect day. And maybe it was.

"I haven't exactly unpacked everything, but I'm working on it," Lucy chuckled lightly, putting her bag on the ground near the coat rack. "Although my apartment's at the very top, it's worth the long trip up. Everyone complains about the elevator music, but I actually find it relaxing."

Natsu scrunched his nose up before shaking his head. "You're weird."

Lucy turned to him and stuck her tongue out before laughing. "Shut up." A small white pug bounded towards her before jumping into her arms.

The pink haired boy chuckled, shifting around the stacked boxes, trying not to knock anything over. His eyes instantly snapped over to the piano sitting in the corner of the room. Natsu smiled slightly, gliding his fingers over the white keys.

"The piano is the only thing I actually have unpacked right now...and some kitchen supplies. I had to make sure they didn't break on the way here," Lucy shrugged, watching the pink haired boy sit himself down, still staring at the keys.

She smiled, putting Plue down to let him play before walking over to him. Natsu looked up from the piano to her. "Scoot," Lucy said, gesturing for him to move over. He chuckled and scooted over to the left of the bench, letting her sit down next to him.

Both of them had placed their hands at different sections of the piano. Neither of them moved until Natsu finally let out a soft sigh, beginning to play.
