Cause only a few people call him shimon..
1.) Seigen(?) (Because he is his mentor) 2.) Arima (because he's the head exorcist) 3.) Rokuro (he just suddenly called him that) 4.) Mayura....(because he wanted to call him by his first name, because he said dont be too formal he did said it but a little shy...xD)
Soooooooooooo that means Mayura is the first (girl-friend xD) too call him by his first name...)
