2 weeks later

Heesoo's POV

"Oppa!" I called, walking into the dance studio. Kai stopped in the middle of his dance move, quickly paused the music and ran over to me, pulling me into his arms and spinning me around. He set me back down and leaned in for a kiss as his greeting.

"Annyeong jagiya," Kai smiled happily, "Are you done with classes?"

"Yep," I nodded, "What you up to?"

"Just trying to figure out ideas for the dance midterm," Kai replied, "We have to create our own dance."

"Well that's fun," I noted, pulling out of Kai's arms and going to sit by the wall, "By all means, continue."

"You just wanna watch me dance," Kai teased, sending a wink my way.

"Well you're not wrong," I shrugged, "What can I say? I have a hot boyfriend."

"Thanks babe," Kai laughed, "I'm glad you think so."

"Dance," I said seriously, pointing towards the floor. Kai laughed harder, shaking his head as he turned the music back on and began to dance. And dang he looked good! Like I knew Kai was good at dancing but actually seeing him dance in person was something else. It was the same thing at the concert a few weeks ago. He is phenomenal. After a few songs, Kai stopped breathing hard.

"Dance with me," Kai smiled, walking over to me and holding his hand out for me to take.

"Oppa," I whined slightly, "You know I can't dance."

"I can teach you," Kai retorted, "Besides it's just the waltz. I'm sure you can waltz...right?"

"Ok fine," I sighed, taking Kai's hand and letting him pull me up and into his arms, "I can waltz."

"Perfect," Kai whispered in my ear, switching the music to a slow song. He pulled me close against him and began to lead me through the steps. As the music progressed Kai's steps became more difficult and I struggled to keep up. Finally, I gave up and started to giggle uncontrollably, collapsing into Kai's arms.

"You're a dork," Kai laughed, brushing my hair out of my face.

"You like it," I smiled cheesily.

"I do," Kai kissed me softly, "I really do."

"I know," I winked. I skipped back over to the wall and sat down again, "Well, continue with your midterm prep."

"Well I have a problem," Kai sighed, sitting down next to me, "You see I can't find a song that fits. I've looked through all these songs but nothing is inspiring me. Like I have a song in my head but...that song just doesn't exist."

"Show me the dance," I prodded, coming up with a plan. Kai says the song in his head doesn't exist yet...I can make it exist. I just need to see the dance and maybe I can write something that goes along with it. I think I'll keep this a surprise. Kai nodded and quickly got up. I pulled out my phone and began to film his dance, I sure hope this works out. He struck his final pose and I ended the video, slipping my phone back into my pocket.

"What do you think jagi?" Kai asked, breathing hard.

"It was amazing," I smiled, "We just need to find the song."
