Heesoo's POV
"Ok guys," I clapped my hands together, "Let's stop for now. Dohee looks like she's gonna pass out and I'm a little fried myself. We'll work on this later yeah?"
"Sounds good to me," Kris nodded. He grabbed Dohee's hand and walked with her out of my studio.
"You good?" Kai looked at me.
"Mmm," I nodded leaning back and closing my eyes.
"You are so tapped out," Kai chuckled, brushing the hair off my face.
"Mmm," I hummed again.
"Ok, come on babe," Kai pulled me up and against him, "Let's take you back to your dorm."
"Nooo," I pouted, looking up at Kai, "I wanna hang out with you."
"Jagi, you're about to fall asleep," Kai rose an eyebrow.
"I'm fine," I stood up straight, "Let's just do something mindless."
"Ok, how about the lake?" Kai laced his fingers with mine.
"Sure!" I nodded happily. I scooped up my notebook and pen and walked with Kai out to the lake. We sat under a tree and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. I nestled myself between Kai's legs and leaned back against his chest, feeling the movement of his breathing. Kai's fingers traced gentle patterns along my arms as he hummed quietly. This is probably the most relaxed I've felt in a long time. It was nice to just sit here and enjoy each other's company.
*The Next Day*
Kai's POV
"Ok!" Heesoo pulled us into her studio, "I think we're ready to record!"
"You finished the lyrics?" Kris asked.
"Late last night," Heesoo smiled happily, "I had a...what do you call that?"
"An epiphany?" I supplied.
"Yes! That word!" Heesoo pointed at me, "Gosh, Korean is hard."
"Alright show us what you got," Dohee laughed.
"Ok, here's a copy for each of you," Heesoo handed us copies of her carefully written lyrics, "Let me play the music and I'll go over everyone's part and then we can practice, finetune, and record."
"Sounds good babe!" I nodded, my eyes scanning the paper. The lyrics were really good. It seemed like it would be a fun song. Heesoo started the music and began showing us what to do for each part. I loved watching her create music. She just lights up the whole room with how happy she is. I could watch her make music all day.
"Heesooah," Dohee spoke after the song ended, "That's amazing!"
"Thanks," Heesoo blushed, "I'm thinking it should be named Hola Hola. What do you guys think?"
"It's a great name," Kris spoke, "I think the song sounds great!"
"It's awesome jagi," I kissed her head, "I am already thinking of ideas for the choreography."
"Well then, let's practice a bit and then we can record it," Heesoo told us, "Does that sound good?"
"Sounds perfect," Dohee smiled. Heesoo played the song a few more times as we practiced our parts until we had it perfect. After that, we all stepped into the recording booth and recorded the song. Once it was finished, Heesoo sat at her computer, put her headphones on and began to work. After a few minutes, she took her headphones off and spun her chair around to look at us, a wide smile on her face.
"It's ready," Heesoo told us, "Are you ready to listen?"
"Yes!" We all cheered. Heesoo unplugged her headphones and hit play. The song blared out her speakers and within seconds had us all dancing and singing along. The song was amazing, she had done such a good job with it. As soon as it finished we began to praise Heesoo incessantly. Heesoo blushed furiously, hiding her face in her hands. I pulled her into a tight hug and kissed the top of her head again.
"I'm so proud of you," I whispered.
"Thanks, oppa," Heesoo smiled up at me, going on her tippy toes to kiss me softly.
"So, I guess we work on the dance next right?" Dohee interjected.
"Yeah!" I nodded, "We can go to the dance studio if you guys want. Well, I need to change first, and then we can go."
"Let's all change, and then we can meet at the dance studio in 15?" Heesoo suggested. We all nodded in agreement and went our separate ways.
Heesoo's POV
"It's exciting to see all of this come together," I said excitedly as I walked with Dohee over our dorm.
"It is," Dohee agreed, "I'm already thinking of where we can film the music video and all the possibilities. It's exciting!"
"Right? It's so much fun!" I laughed, "If you could film anywhere, where would it be?"
"Well, you were right when you said the song was gonna have an L.A, Vegas kinda vibe. It would be so cool to film there," Dohee sighed.
"Done," I stated, "That can easily be arranged."
"Wait," Dohee paused, "Are you serious?"
"Totally," I shrugged, "It's no big deal. We'll take the private jet there over a weekend and film. After the dance is choreographed of course. And we'll work with Kris oppa on the costume design and whatever other model type stuff he is in charge of."
"Heesoo that's amazing!" Dohee cheered in excitement, "I can't wait to tell the boys!"
"Let's change fast then!" I grinned. We changed quickly and made our way to the dance studio, arriving at the same time as the boys.
"Guess what!?" Dohee ran up to Kris excitedly.
"Hmm?" Kris chuckled slightly, catching Dohee before she ran into him.
"Heesoo says we can go to America to film! L.A and Vegas!" Dohee told him.
"Heesooah, are you serious?" Kai looked at me.
"Yeah, why not?" I shrugged, "It'll be fun. Besides, you guys will love L.A. There's so much to do there!"
"It'll be a lot of fun," Kris grinned widely, "I can't wait."
"Let's just get this dance figured out first yeah?" I motioned for everyone to go into the studio, "Kay babe, what do you got for us?"
"You got the song?" Kai asked me. I nodded and plugged my phone in, starting the song. Kai stood there for a second and started to explain, "So I'm going to work with mine and Kris hyung's parts, and then Dohee I will probably need your help for the dancing for you ladies."
"Sounds good," Dohee nodded. Kai began dancing, trying out different ideas and possibilities. I took a seat on the ground and watched him dance. It was honestly one of my favorite things to watch Kai dance He went into a different world while he was dancing, and he had so much passion and energy while dancing. Dohee worked with Kai as they came up with how the choreography would work best with the song. It was a cool dance from what they were doing, I just hope I can do it.
"It looks cool huh?" Kris sat down next to me.
"It's awesome," I grinned, "Let's just hope I can do it. Dancing is so not my strong suit."
"Same," Kris laughed, "We're gonna have to put in a lot of hard work. But we got this."
"Thank goodness we're both dating people who can dance well," I said, "I'm going to need a lot of help from Jongin oppa."
"I don't think he'd mind that," Kris winked, "I mean, the more time he can spend with you, the better."
"Babe!" Kai called, "Come here. Hyung, you too, we have the first part of the dance figured out. Let's practice."
