Blair's POV
"And then it exploded in his face, everyone was laughing at that." Rachel laughed. "His face was like greenish and his mustache too."
I chuckled.
"It was the best." Rachel looked at me, smiling. "I love seeing you smile." She caressed my face.
I immediately blushed from that. She's gotten more and more touchy with me, which I didn't mind at all. In fact, I loved it. I think I like her.
"Beautiful." She smiled.
Yes, I like her. It's moments like this that I knew for sure. The way she's looking at me, the way she speaks to me, the way she just is. I like it so much, and I like her.
Ever since then, since I knew I had feelings for her, I tried my best to focus on her. Before it was me mainly trying to keep an act for Luke and his friends. But now, now I didn't have to fake anymore. I was genuinely happy, all because of Rachel.
Every day I woke up, smiling because she'd be there. She'd be the reason I got up and was motivated to make it an even better day. She'd drive me that much further.
It's crazy how one person can change your life so drastically. Just one person who listens, who talks to you, who's there for you... Yes, Rachel was that person.
"Thanks." I suddenly said, catching her off guard. "For being here, for me." I quickly added.
Her beautiful signature smile appeared again. "Of course."
I smiled again.
"Ahh, I'm so happy it's finally weekend." She laid down, resting.
"Yeah." I smiled. She didn't know how much I looked forward to this weekend. She was going to spend the nights here. It was going to be so much fun! "It'll be fun though."
She looked at me, smiling. "I certainly hope so."
I chuckled.
"Girls, dinner!" Luke shouted from downstairs.
Rachel and me got up, going downstairs. "So, are you and Luke close?" Rachel suddenly asked on our way over there.
I nodded. "Pretty close."
She nodded but didn't say anything else anymore. I didn't make out anything of that.

"Look, look, he's going to find a frying pan and use that!" Rachel held me close, preparing me for a scene in the movie she clearly already saw. And yes, she was right. "Ha, see!" She laughed.
I laughed too, it was great to see a movie with her by my side. She had so much fun while watching them, especially when her predictions were right.
She laughed, pointing at the screen. "See, see!"
I smiled. "I know, I saw it."
"Are you always like this, during a movie?" Luke asked, amused. He was happy she was my friend, I could tell.
Rachel slowly stopped laughing, and looked at Luke. "Is that a problem?"
"Not at all." He smiled to which Rachel smiled as well. Ok, what was going on here? They kept looking at each other like that until Luke cleared his throat and they both looked away. Strange...
Eventually the movie ended, and so started the sleepover. "So are we going upstairs now?" I asked her.
"Yep, come on." She stood up immediately. She reached for my hands and helped me up, but our hands kept connected. She led me the way to my own room, it felt kinda romantic. I mean they do this in movies and books, I've seen it.
We arrived in my room and she closed the door.
"So, what now?" She asked while taking a seat on my bed.
I shrugged. I've never done this, I don't know what friends do... "What do you want to do?" I know, stupid safe. But I had to do something.
She seemed taken back by that, or surprised. "Uhm let's talk." She laid down, her head on my pillow.
"Sure." I kept seated, I didn't really know what to do. I was afraid to do something bad. I didn't want to lose her. I mean if I kept seated, she might think I didn't want to be close to her. If I would lie down, she might feel like we're too close to each other...
"So tell me," she said, pulling me down so I was lying right next to her. "Did you ever have a boyfriend?"
I gulped. Of course, that typical question. I'm a girl, so if I dated, it must've been a boyfriend. "Uhm no."
"Ah..."
I nodded.
"What about a girlfriend?"
At that I looked at her. I was surprised to hear her ask that, but it was a pleasant surprise. "No, not yet." I was kinda surprised that I said that. It's definitely a clue that I'm gay.
She looked at me for a while before a little smile found it's way on her face. She nudged me.
"Auw, what was that for?"
"I didn't know you liked girls." She smiled more. "That's so cool!"
I blushed a little. "Thanks."
She turned her body to me. "So you've never had a girlfriend?"
I shook my head no.
"And what about a crush?"
I blushed so hard at that. Yes, you're my crush! I wanted to say. However, I knew better. I didn't want to ruin our friendship.
"That's a yes!" She squealed. "Ok, do I know her?"
I blushed even more, looking away.
"Come on, tell me. I won't tell anyone else." She smiled.
I looked at her. "Uhm I... Uhm..."
She smiled at me, her beautiful lips so tantalizingly close. I saw her lips move so smoothly. She looked me in the eyes, a spark in hers made me fall in love even more.
"Blair?"
I blinked. Was I dreaming right here?
"Did you hear me?"
I shook my head.
She chuckled a little. "I said that you can tell me anything, I won't leave you. I'm here for you. I'm - "
I kissed her.
Right then and there.
I couldn't contain myself anymore, I needed her. I liked her so much, and seeing as this kiss feels amazing... It's just confirmation to my heart.
Finally I'm happy, finally someone likes me, finally -
She pulled back, slapping my cheek. She got out of bed. She stood there, breathing heavily. "How could you?!"
