Jake Paul - He's Upset About Vine Closing Down

Jake hadn't really spoken to anyone over the past few days. You knew it was highly likely because Vine had closed down for good, and to be honest, it kind of affected you as well, not just because your boyfriend was upset but because Vine had helped you succeed in life as well.

"He's really down about it, isn't he?" Tessa asked you as you were both in the kitchen editing videos.

"I think most of the people in this house are, but he took it to heart. I mean he got an amazing career out of it and a lot of his time was consumed into making them videos." You told her, not wanting to get even more upset yourself.

"It even hurt us a little, we'd always help Y/N and Jake make vines back in Ohio." Chance sighed taking a seat on the counter. You nodded letting out a loud sigh. Jake had come out of the office a few minutes later and stood by the stairs waiting for you to notice him and when you did he signaled for you to come over.

"How are you baby?" You mumbled looking at his saddened face. He sighed grabbing your hand and leading you to the top stair of the staircase.

"Truth is, Vine closing down has clearly taken a toll on me. I know it sounds stupid, but it got me in this house, it got me you, it got me all the amazing things and it sucks so bad that something so little means so much. Making vines was the happy part of my day and now I can't do it anymore." He opened up to you, resting his head gently on your shoulder.

"Hey, it's not stupid and that app changed a lot of peoples lives, but don't let that stop you having fun. You can do Instagram videos that are twice as long as Vines, plus you have YouTube and once we get that going, I'm sure everything will be fine." You reassured him. Jake then wrapped his arms around you.

"You don't know how much you mean to me. I don't think I'd be able to cope without you." He chuckled slightly.

"Same for you babe, and I'm glad you're laughing again, I've missed it."
