That was just a few of the mean comments you had been receiving since you and Alex announced your relationship last night. Everyone knew the hate was bound to happen sooner or later but you didn't think it was going happen straight away. Crying wasn't really an option for you, you were quite a strong girl, it just hurt you.

"You alright there Y/N?" Alex asked, plopping down next to you on the sofa.

"Fine Alex." You whispered walking upstairs. He looked at you confused but then saw that you left your phone, and even though he didn't want to do it, he kinda had to. Alex hated seeing you upset and knowing your password was his birthday, he easily got into your phone. His jaw dropped when he saw the amount of crap people had been sending you.

"Bro you look like you're about to pass out." Jake patted his shoulder, slightly concerned about his upset friend.

"Y/N was getting hate, and she didn't say anything." He sighed running for the stairs. Alex saw you on Tessa's bed, cross legged, hugging a pillow.

"Babe come here." Alex sat by you and wrapped his arms around you, you still didn't cry though, you were keeping it together, for yourself as well as Alex.

"It's hard to ignore them I know, but believe me, they'll get over it. It's all behind a pathetic screen and I bet if they were right in front of you, their mouths would be sewed shut. Nobody deserves that kind of treatment and taking time off social media for a few days might help everyone out. We should both put our phone in a safe and get them out in a few days and see how much happier we are without them." He smiled.

"I think that's a great idea Alex, thank-you." He really did know what to say when you were feeling down.
