AJ Mitchell - Apologizing

It had been three hours since AJ was meant to be home. He promised he'd be home in time for you to have a romantic, home cooked meal and a movie and you were starting to get tired and upset of waiting.

"Thanks AJ." You whispered, blowing out the candles and putting your dinners in the microwave. It was the second time he hadn't showed up this week. Last time it ended up in a fight so you didn't want to argue again. Your little puppy Buster followed you up the stairs. You glumly got out of your dress and into your comfy clothes.

"Buster! Come here puppy." You cooed, he excitedly ran up to you and pounced onto your legs. You lifted him up and cuddled him, walking over to the bed in the process.

"Y/N you home babe?" AJ shouted up the stairs. You didn't say anything, you just cuddled your little bulldog. You could hear his footsteps coming up the steps and soon enough he was in your room.

"Hey why didn't you answer me?" He asked calmly.

"You didn't acknowledge the fact your three hours late for the dinner I made, for the second time this week." You sighed not looking up.

"Babe, I completely forgot, I'm so sorry." AJ apologized.

"It's fine." You mumbled.

"No, not it's not okay. I've been so caught up in other things and I haven't put my main priorities first. You know what, I'll take you out tonight and the food you've cooked we can heat up and have for tomorrow lunch time. I will continue saying sorry because I know you probably feel like crap because of me and I'm pretty sure Buster doesn't want to know me either." He explained. Your heart melted at his cute words.

"Thankyou baby." You smiled embracing him with a hug and giving him a peck on the lips. Buster still refused to move as his head was rested on your tummy.

"You gotta forgive him one day buddy." You laughed at your dog, making AJ go into a fit of giggles.
