Tristan Tales - He Comforts You

It sucked a lot, life had given you some of the best things and you were so great full, but life had always been so cruel. Your life was changing and you were told it was all for the best but that was hard to believe after what you had just heard. After nearly two hours on the phone to your mother, your world had crashed down. Your childhood dog had just passed away and it was very hard to take it all in. 

"Y/N, you here?" You heard Tristan shout through the front door. You quickly wiped your tears away.

"In here babe." You called back trying not to show any sign of upset, but your voice cracked as you spoke.

"You should've seen what Jake did..Y/N what's wrong!" He rushed over to you, dropping his things in the process. 

"I'm fine." You smiled, but he wasn't convinced. With the face he had, he knew something was up, and it only brought the waterworks back. He engulfed you in a hug, you didn't know what to say.

"It's okay, I'm here. Take your time, what's going on?" He asked, padding the endless tears flowing down your cheeks. 

"Mother dearest called." You smiled trying to make a joke out of it, but it only made you more upset.

"And what exactly did she say to get you so upset?" He asked getting angry at the thought of your mother making you sad.

"It's not her Tristan, it's Daisy." You started crying again, he didn't need to hear anything else to know what had happened to your poor little puppy. 

"Oh baby." He cooed hugging you. Even Tristan felt emotional, the pair had become quite attached when you had gotten together. It broke his heart that not only you were upset, but that such a cute little puppy wouldn't be at the doorstep waiting when you guys went to visit your parents.

"I know I'm being so stupid right now, but she meant so much to me." You sighed. 

"You're not being stupid babe, that dog was your everything. It's okay to cry." He comforted you, and that's what he continued to do. You don't know what you'd do without this guy.
