It was the start of summer, and you were great full because it was one of your favorite times of the year. You had a loving husband, Tristan who you had been married to for eleven years and you had three children. Your oldest Alana was fifteen, then you had your two sons, Bailey who was thirteen and Jordan who was 6.

"Do you need any help there mom?" Bailey asked, noticing you struggle with the drinks you were going to give everyone.

"Yes please sweetie." He walked over and grabbed two glasses from you, making it a lot easier. Walking over to your husband and two children you handed the drinks over.

"You be careful in there Jordan, don't go to deep." You warned him, he poked his little head up as he rested on the float.

"Mom might have another heart attack again." Tristan laughed, you playfully glared at him. The last time you had tried to have a pool day in the backyard, Jordan fell off of the float and thinking that he couldn't quite swim yet, you dived in, just to find out he actually could swim.

"Very funny babe." You rolled your eyes and sat on the sun lounger.

"It's one of the reasons you married me." He said cheekily planting an unexpected kiss to your lips.

"You two are so gross." Jordan groaned.

"Hey that will be you one day." Alana scolded, flipping the pages of her magazine.

"You're only saying that because you have a boyfriend." Bailey got involved making you grin at the small things they disagreed about.

"Now, now kids, lets calm down and have a chilled summer. Something we all deserve for our hard work at school and at our jobs." Tristan raised his lemonade, everyone raised their glasses along with him.

"I love family days." Bailey shouted doing a cannonball into the pool. You let out a laugh as you snapped pictures.

"So do I little bro." Alana grinned, walking down the steps to the pool, taking the smoother approach. Tristan immediately swan dived into the pool, and it was just you left to get in.

"Come on mom, the pool is waiting." Jordan ushered you in. You took off your flip flops and got into the pool the same way your daughter did.

"You look beautiful Y/N." Tristan whispered, not wanting his children to start teasing him again.

"Thank-you handsome, but I have to do one quick thing." Before he could respond, you splashed a load of water into his face, which lead to a whole water fight involving the Tales family.
