Sorry. I realized I forgot to name this chapter. XD I am so busy since school will be ending shortly. I probably won't be able to publish a chapter next Thursday. Things are going to start getting hectic next week. So maybe instead of Thursday I'll publish on Sunday or something? I know that's a big change and I wish I didn't have to do this. But hey, this is the life of a young author in school. ^w^
Again, sorry. If I need to make any changes with my writing schedule, I will write a short description in the next "chapter." Okie, bye. Enjoy this chapter.
* * * 2 weeks later * * *
"Mom! I'm leaving!" I shout from the doorway.
She doesn't reply so I open the door and step out.
"Wait! Wait!" she shouts, running down the stairs.
I turn to glare at her. "What?"
"Where are you going?"
I roll my eyes. "To school. Where else would I be going at.." I pause to check my watch. "7:50 in the morning?"
"You tell me." she returns.
I scoff. "Whatever. I've got to go or I'll be late." I turn away and continue out the door. I see Rory on the grass with her arms crossed.
"What's taking you so long?" she asks, annoyed.
I push the door wide open so she can see Mom.
"Oh." she says, disappointed.
"What 'oh.' What's going on with you two?" Mom asks us.
"Nothing!" we both yell at the same time.
"Really? Cause that's so believable!" Mom scoffs.
I sigh angrily, taking my wallet off of the dresser beside her. She takes it from me and holds it in the air.
"What are you doing?" I groan.
"Why do you need this?" Mom asks suspiciously.
"Because I do! Since when is it a crime to buy some food?! God.."
"You never carry your wallet to school."
"Like I didn't know that."
"So why are you carrying it now? Huh?" she interrogates. I stay silent, I have nothing to say to her. "Huh?!" she says louder, in my face.
I am so incredible irritated by her right now, it makes me snap. "STOP! Just stop!" I shout, pressing my hands against my temples. "You may be my mother but that doesn't mean you get to treat me like this!"
She's silent. Of course.
"Oh, now you have nothing to say?" I say rhetorically. I snatch my wallet from her. "Good-bye." I run down the steps and onto the grass, where Rory wraps her arm around me, leading me into the forest.
"Shh. C'mon Callie." she says. "It's okay." she tells me over and over.

"Hey Cal," Asher greets me at the main doors. "Ready to go?"
I groan.
"Ah Callie." he smiles. "It'll be alright."
"Yeah..I guess.." I sigh.
"It's okay to fight." he tells me, rubbing my back.
"I know. But we've been fighting a lot lately." I tell him angrily. "That's not normal. It's not us! That's her and her mother!"
"Well.." he sighs. "I guess we need to talk to her.."
I look at him strangely. "We? Why do both of us have to talk to her?!"
He sighs again, inhales deeply then looks me straight in the eye. "About us."
My eyes widen. "Us? We're going to tell her about us?!"
He nods uncomfortably. "Yeah. Callie..it's time. My parents already know and we've been together longer than a month. Almost two." he explains reasonably. "We need to tell her."
"And you think that's going to fix things between us?"
He tilts his head to the side. "Well, no. But it's a start." he kisses my forehead. "Well? What do you say?"
I groan. "I say fine."
He nods. "Okay then. Discuss a date with her and I'll tell my parents about it."
"Alright. I'll tell her."
"Don't tell her about us. Just say that I'm coming over and that you need to talk to her about something." he suggests. "It'll be less obvious if you say that you have to tell her something."
I nod, agreeing with his idea. "Okay then. We'll tell her."
He smiles, wrapping his arm around me. "Good. Now lets go."
We take a bus to StarsHollow , he gets some coffee with me before we part. Afterwards I go home, where Mom is already waiting for me on the front steps.
"Hi." she says.
"..Hi." I say back, walking up the steps. I sit beside her and take a couple of breaths before I say, "We need to talk.."
Sorry for the short chapter, it's been a busy week.
