Thank you for reading. And sorry for all the sad songs lately. I'll add more happy songs like the one previously, if you want. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video and the chapter. Bye.

"Callie, please, go." she pleads. "Don't make me regret this too." she starts to cry. Oh God, I can't leave her here like that. At the very least I should leave her here with someone. That's it!

"Mom," I say, holding her hands. "I'll go. But only if someone stays here with you."

She nods. "Okay." she manages to get out.

  "Who do you want?"

I expect her to say Sookie, Rory, Dad, or even Luke. But her response surprises me beyond it's actual ability. I never in my entire life expected her to ask for this person.

"Mom." she says now. "I..I want Mom?" she says as a question. Then she nods slowly, laughing to herself. "Mom. Yeah."

  "Okay. I'll call Grandma."

"You should call Asher, tell him you might be a little late." she suggests, wiping at her eyes.

I nod. That would be a good idea, he's probably worried. But he made me worried. I thought he wasn't going to show up. His sister had to call in order for me to find out what he was doing. What if she hadn't called? What if I left with Rory and Dean earlier?

I walk down the stairs, pushing those 'what ifs' out of my head. I decide that I won't call him or Breanna. Whatever he had planned better be worth it.

I dial Grandma's number and wait.

"Hello, Gilmore residence." a maid answers.

"Hi, may I speak to Mrs. Gilmore, please?" I ask politely but rushed.

  "Sure, hold on a second."

I wait for the maid to get Grandma. Finally she comes on the other end of the receiver.

"Hello?" she says in a very proper tone.

  "Hi, Grandma. It's Callie."

Her voice suddenly brightens up and her proper tone vanishes. "Why, Callie. Hello!"

"Is now good time? I could call later if you're busy." I suggest.

"No, no. Now is a perfect time."

  "Are you sure?"

"Absolutely. Now what did you want to talk to me about?"

"Well. It's not so much talking."

  "Oh?"

I take a moment before I drop the bomb. "I need you to come here."

  "What?"

  "To the house."

"Has something happened? Do you need me to come get you?" she questions. "I thought today was your anniversary."

"It is." I agree. "It's complicated."

"Okay.." she says slowly. "Well, what's going on?"

I bite my lip, preparing for what she's about to say to me. "Mom needs you..She's not feeling very well."

  "Is she sick?"

"No. She's just very..she's not feeling good. And she needs someone. I have to leave for my anniversary right now."

"What does this have to do with me again?"

"Um, she wants you. To come here. She needs you, Grandma." I plead.
