It makes me feel stupid, how did I not know that Harvey liked Camille. I should've picked up on his hesitant tone when I told him and his blank expressions. He was trying to hide the fact that he liked her. He stepped back for me, letting me have her and not him. It all makes sense now. Why he's been acting so distant from us. He doesn't want his true feelings coming out. He doesn't want to risk ruining our relationship. When I asked Laney the other day she knew exactly what was wrong. But she didn't tell me because she's on Harvey's side.

I actually do end up sleeping somehow, I wake up the next day to what I think is morning because I hear a nurse in my room checking my stats.
"Cam honey you can come in and see him." The nurse says
I hear footsteps come in.
"You can come closer, just talk to him, he can hear you." The nurse says
Something tells me Camille is to scared to come any closer. I hear light footsteps come up the side of the bed.
"Max. Please. Please wake up. We're all worried about you. Dylan hates himself for making you do this, he's really sorry Max. He would come and see you but he feels to guilty to even see you." Camille says quietly into my ear
"I only got a concussion and a broken arm. Lizzy broke her leg and has some head trauma but she's gonna be okay. Dylan's okay too, Max everyone is okay. We're just waiting for you. God is with you on this one." She says
Her voice soothes me, makes me feel relaxed. But it's hard for her to say all of this when I know there's someone else who loves her and deserves her more than I do.
"Max I love you, I really do but I found something out last night. I had this dream and I realized something. I'll wait to tell you what I realized when you wake up Max but it makes me heartbroken." She says
I know what exactly what she realized. It hurts me too.
"I have to go, I'll see if I can talk Dylan into coming and seeing you, Lizzy will be in later. Bye Max." She says
I hear her get up and walk out of the room. I sigh within myself, it's quiet since the nurse left. I slip into another flashback

"Who are you staring at?" Harvey asks as we get stuff from our lockers
"Oh..no one." I say
Harvey turns and looks in the direction to what I'm looking at. My eyes stare at Camille and one of her friends. I never realized how much one can love a person.
"Camille?" He asks
I don't answer. Harvey turns back around, I turn around before I'm caught staring.
"I'll see you later Max." Harvey says and shuts his locker close
I watch as he walks down to his class. Harvey has such weird mood swings.

Now I realize why his mood changed. Because I was staring at Camille, and he didn't want me to but he never said so. He never said anything to me about Camille after I admitted I liked her. I hear footsteps come into the room.
"Come on Dylan, you can't just not visit your best friend." I hear Lizzy say
"I can't." I hear him say from the hallway
"Dylan." Lizzy demands
I hear more footsteps.
"Oh my god." Dylan says quietly
I hear them come around the edge of the bed.
"Hey Max." Lizzy says
"Hey..." Dylan says quietly
"We're so sorry this happened to you. " Lizzy says
"Max I'm really sorry I made you do this. If I didn't push you into it this wouldn't of ever happened. I'm so sorry." Dylan cries
"It's ok Dylan." Lizzy says
"No it's not because what if he never wakes up!" Dylan yells
I hear him run out the door.
"Sorry about that Max. We'll leave you be. Please wake up soon." Lizzy says and walks out
Poor Dylan. I feel bad, he thinks it's his fault, it's not. It's mine for crashing and even agreeing to do it.

After what seems like forever I here more people come in.
"Hey Max." I hear Harvey say
"We're really sorry this happened to you." Laney says
"We really hope you wake up soon buddy. We miss you." Dad says
I miss you guys too. I wish I could see everyone again.
