Penny's POV

Demi lovato's song "La La Land" was playing all over my room.

"I won't change anything in my life, I'm staying myself tonight," she sang.

That was so true.

I just wish I could contact marina.

Well I could. But her manager would probably answer the phone for her.

I wonder what she's doing right now.

If I was her manager, I would probably be really mad at her.

Maybe her manager is trying to get her mind off of me.

Maybe her manager is trying to change her.

Maybe her manager wants Electra back.

I have to admit, I do Love Electra. I love how bad ass she was. But...she totally changed the marina that was in her.

I went to school the next day. The typical thing: people still asking me questions about Marina.

"Hey Penny, mind if you get my tickets?"

"Penny are u marinas long lost sister or something?"

"Hey Penny, so we haven't met before but do you wanna be friends haha just asking."

I've had enough.

When the next girl who asked me a question about Marina, I just....roared?

"SHUT UP I DONT KNOW HER ANYMORE." I yelled in her face. Everyone stopped and stared at me. I heard whispers and I just kinda stood there, until our principal came out. Everyone "oooed" at me as he escorted me into his office.

Marina's POV

"So...I'm going to let you write another song-"

"I'm sorry what? My album just got out and you want me to start writing again? Just after I-"

"Well there's nothing else out there for you to do," My manager said.

I could do charity. I could..go home for a little bit. I could be me.

"There's tons of-"

"New song. Thats final. Start writing. I'm expecting it to be done in 2 weeks."

"2 weeks?" I said.

"2 weeks." My manager said, and left the room.

I sighed and slouched in my chair. I wanted to cry right now. I wanted to die right now. What am I suppose to write about anyway? I pulled out my phone and scrolled through some pictures.

I saw some from a few days ago when I went to a club. There was a picture of me with a random guy, holding up a drink and laughing. Clearly, I was drunk.

I scrolled through a bunch of other photos, some of animals, some of me.

But when I scrolled through this one photo, I suddenly had an idea about what the story behind the song I was gonna write about.

Penny's POV

Principal Higgins cleared his throat as he sat down on his desk. "So....I've noticed you've been getting a lot of attention lately?" he said.

I looked down and sighed under my breath. Here we go again. "..Yes..I have,"

He sighed and looked at me straight into the eyes. "So, how'd it happen?"

I explained to him the whole story, and I've noticed him do a few nods while I was telling it.

"I see. Well Penny, how are we gonna stop this fued?" he said softly.

I was looking down again. Even before I expected it, I started to cry. Small tears were falling down from my cheeks. Drip by drip.

"I dont know what to do anymore. I hate this." I said while my voice cracked. "I wanna go back to the old me," 

Principal Higgins looked at me. "Penny,"

I was still crying when I looked up.

"Do you miss her? Do you miss Marina?"

It was silent for a few minutes. Besides the sniffling of my nose.

I started to talk. "Well....maybe"
