Chapter 6

Thanks to everyone who has been reading. Now I'm gonna start putting random lyrics in the beginning of each chapter:D

I'm only happy when I'm on the runn, I break a million hearts just for fu-uh-unn, I don't belong to annyyoone...

I looked at Cara, seeing her eyes about to fall off. 

"What is that?" she asked me. I gulped. "Isn't it obvious? Thats a picture of a bench!" I said, pointing to the bench that Marina and I were sitting on in the photo. Cara gave me a dumb look. " No Dumb head, I mean why are you in this photo, with Marina Diamandis? You sister is going to see this and freak out!" Cara said.

I gave Cara a weak smile. " I don't know what to do!" I said. Cara looked at the photo again. " Another questions, why were you with Marina?" Cara asked. I blinked rapidly. " We're friends?" I told her. Cara's eyes widened. " OH MY GOD! THIS ISN'T TRUE IS IT?" Cara yelled, which caused an old lady to look at her as if she was a piece of garbage.

"It is true, but don't tell anyone. I don't want to be known yet," I said, shuffling my feet. "You are known," Cara said looking annoyed.

" I MEANT BY THE WORLD YOU DING DONG!" I screeched, which again, the old lady gave me a dirty look. "Kids these days.." I heard her mutter.

" Alright fine, but you can't keep your little secret forever," Cara said, walking away. I stood there, looking at the magazine, then buying it.

MARINA'S POV

"WHAT IS THIS?!?" my manager said, pointing to the magazine. I looked at the magazine in horror. The paps were there? No one hardly ever went to Diamond Park anymore!

" That is a photo," I said simply. My manager sighed and walked around. "Whats up with you Marina? Why are you hanging around with little babies?" my manager said, looking at me in the eye.

"LITTLE BABIES? For your imformation, Penny is like the only friend that I never had!" I said, defending Penny.

"Oh, so now you know her name! We need to focus on your career more Marina! No more Penny! Penny's are money! Not friends!" my manager said, leaving the room.

I looked at him walk out the door in horror. Why can't a girl have friends? I don't see whats wrong with Penny. She is adorable. I growled and kicked my chair. I left the room to go to my apartment.

I went inside my apartment and fell on my bed. I needed to be happy. I was still living, unlike other things..

I thought about what happened yesterday, Penny said she had a crush on Louis Tomlinson..of One Direction. I stood up and went on twitter.  I messaged Louis this:

Hey Louis. You might not know me, but I'm Marina Diamandis from Marina and the Diamonds. I have a friend who has an interest in you. She's only 13, and she lives a life where she cannot listen to her own music. Do you mind if I ask for your number. I'd like to give it to her. Please answer back.

I sent him the little note, then thought. What would happen next..? 

PENNY'S POV

I saw Teresa watching TV in the living room when I arrived. She still watches Winx club? I thought.

I went to the fridge to see if there was any snack I could eat. I grabbed a chocolate granola bar and went upstairs. 

A few hours later, I got a call from..Marina.

"Hi Marina," I said playfully.

"Hey Penny. I have something to tell you," Marina said.

My eyes widenend. She couldn't hang out with me..I guess her manager saw the magazine.

"What..What is it?" I said, almost choking up my words.

"Well, remember when you told me you had a tiny crush on Louis Tomlinson?" Marina said, which I guess she was smirking.

"Yes.." I said. Did..Did Marina do something that had to do with him?!?

"Well..I asked him for his number-"

" YOU LIKE HIM TOO?!?!?!" I practically shouted. There was a silence, but then Marina broke it.

" Wait what? You didn't let me finish!" Marina said, laughing.

I felt embarassed. I really have to stop doing that.

"Well, what is it?" I said, getting impatient.

"I asked him for his number FOR YOU, and he replyed," Marina said.

My eyes popped out. "REALLY? WHAT IS IT?" I yelled.

Marina told me his number, and I quickly added it to my contact list.

"Sh-should I call him?" I said nervousy.

"Why not?" Marina said.

"Okay, I'll put you on hold," I said, then I put Marina on hold.

I dialed Louis' number and waited.

..

..

"Hello?"
