Chapter 21

Once Sophia and Jasper left, Roman put the ice in a smaller bag and wrapped it in a tissue, "Put this on your chest fort tonight" he told me handing over the bag of ice

i took it from him and lightly set it down on me, " thanks for everything" i said'

Roman smiled and walked back into the closet, he came out with a blanket. he then walked over to the other side of the bed and grabbed a pillow. " I'm guessing you don't want to sleep with me, so ill sleep on the couch" he told me while setting up a comfy part on the couch

" wait i don't want to kick you out of your own bed" I said reaching out for him

He looked back with a serious face, " so do you want me to sleep with you?" he asked

i started to blush again, "as long as you don't try anything" i said crossing my arms

"haha, i wont, i promise" he told me turning off the lights

once it went dark my heart rate went through the roof, the bathroom light then went on with Roman standing at the doorway "you ok?" he asked

"oh, um yeah, just leave the bathroom light on please" i said

"ok" he nodded

he then walked over to the other side of the bed and opened the sheets, he then slid in and got comfy. his hands were behind his head while he laid flat on his back. he looked over to me and smiled, and i realized i was staring. i quickly looked away, "so" i said "why do you have such a big room?" i asked him

he laughed " i am the alpha, the leader, or king" he said

holy $hit, I'm with the god damn king, i looked wide eyed at him "Really? wow" i said looking back at the ceiling

"yup, my turn, so what's your favorite food?" he asked

"oh, it could be either pizza or some really greasy food" i said

" interesting" he said

"um," ask it Ashley you'll regret not doing it "why do you have women's clothes in your room?" i blurted out, i immediately regretted ever asking it

"oh, well each room has a small supply of both men and women's clothes in various seizes" he told me

i was completely relieved, why was i so worried i just met him. "oh" i responded

" well, what do you like to do for fun?" he asked

"I like to swim, and go running but I'm no where as fast as Sophia" i said giggling to myself

"well, maybe we can go running one day" he said

"oh, that sounds like fun" i said blushing again, i then yawned

"you should get some sleep" he said

"ok" i closed my eyes and started to think about what it would be like if we went running

i started to imagine what it would be like. would it be like with Jasper, i turned over so i was facing him, or would it be different. could we ever be something, something more. i noticed that he started to sleep, i just watched his chest as it slowly rose and fell with every breath, i wonder what it would feel like. i then heard a small sound, i started to get scared. could it be the guys trying to kidnap me again, or maybe someone trying to break in? my mind started thinking of every possibility, when the sound happened again. it sounded like the rumbling from my dream. i slid over to be right next to roman. the closer i got the safer i felt, until i was lying my head on his chest while my arm wrapped around his waist. i then started to calm down, and fall asleep. before i was out i almost don't feel his arm wrap around my back lightly.

in my dream i started with me back at the large body of water from before. i looked around when i saw roman standing looking at me. we slowly walked towards each other, "oh, the things i would love to do with you" he said

i shrugged my shoulders "well, lets do it then" i said, dream Ashley is ready to go

he wrapped his arms around my waist while i slung mine around his neck. he started to kiss me softly, but it escalated quickly to a more passionate one. but everything stopped when i heard a loud thud and cracking, just then Romans grip loosened and he fell to the floor. i looked and there was a dagger in his back, and standing behind him was the man in white and wolf mask. "Nooo!" i screamed knelling down

i looked up at the man in the mask all he said was "darkness, be it come, light, thus been there"

"what dose that mean?" i shouted at him

"look for the full picture!" he screamed before back handing me bringing me back to reality

I sat up too quickly wincing and feeling rally light headed, i started shaking. I then felt two strong arms wrap around me quickly. i looked over and saw Roman, i quickly hugged him back. "shh, its ok, you're safe" he said while rubbing my back to comfort me

i slowly stopped shaking, and calmed my nerves, why do i keep having these weird dreams? i looked up at Roman "I'm fine now" i said

"do you want to talk about it?" he asked

i shook my head, i didn't want to talk about it with anybody right now. Roman continued "alright, how about we go get some breakfast?" he asked

i nodded "ok" i said as he slipped out of the bed

he held out his hand, and helped me out of the bed. he walked me over to the closet on the right, "later we can go get your clothes, but for now you can wear these" he said gesturing to the many outfits "what do you want to wear?" he asked me

i looked around until my eye landed on a short yellow sun dress with red flowers and a small red bow around the waist. i pointed to the dress "that one please"

Roman reached over and grabbed the dress while i grabbed a pair of flip-flops "do you need any help putting it on?" he asked while walking me over to the bed

"i don't think so" i said

he nodded and ran over to the other closet, " I'm going to change in here, let me know when your done" he smiled before closing the door

i lifted the gown over my head and folded it neatly on the bed while throwing the yellow dress over me. i tossed the shoes on the ground and slipped my feet in them. i really had to pee, but i didn't want to ask him for help. i stood up with my wobbly legs and held my balance. i started taking steps towards the bathroom, grabbing anything i can use to lean on. i made it to the bathroom when i shouted back "I'm done but I'm going to go use the bathroom" i said while shutting the bathroom door...
