I couldn't control myself, but I sure as he'll can as what I'm doing. I watched as Jared lost his confidence, he tried to do a quick jab at my side but I pinned him down. I started nipping and biting at his face, his knee suddenly met my crotch and I hunched over off of him. He stood up straddling me, he held the dagger just under my neck, jareds confidence finding him again. "Well well I've seen this before, you know who you remind me of? Your father, he made the exact same face just before I poisoned him" he told me

Ireached out my claws and hrabbed his hand forcing his hand with the dagger away from my neck, I gripped his hand tighter until I heard a snap and his hand went limp the dagger falling on top of my skin with a sizzle as it burned my skin. I grabbed the dagger and brought it to his chest, he started dogeing so it went into his shoulder.

He rolled of and knelt next to me hiding his right shoulder with his good hands, while giving me the death glare. I sat back up but stood on all fours, rhe beast showing within, I started walking circles around him. "I bet you think this is funny" Jared said before ripping out the dagger from his shoulder

He took a deep breath standing up, "now lets stop playing around, its either you or me. I prefer the first option," he said following me with his gaze, "but you still are not fit to lead, no one is. Everyone here is weak, to weak. Only I have been able to overcome my weakness, your little mates are what hold you back!" He yelled pointing the dagger at me, "if your mate gets taken, you fall apart and can't go on. Sophia was a prime example, she couldn't handle it, she kept herself inside of her room for god knows how long. But then she just jumped onto another person to fill the hole. You see once you lose it your devistated" he said

I suddenly heard Ashly from over where Jasper lied, "and what about bridget!? You lost her, so that means you were weak!" She yelled holding her heead high and her arm over her chest

Jared pointed the dagger at her, "but remember my dear Ashley, she's dead!" He then yelled at the top of his lungs, "AND I KILLED HER!" he screamed with a wiked laugh

"You monster, that dosnt make you strong that just makes you a monster!" I heard ashley yell

"Oh, I'm the monster, at least I didn't sleep with you naked like that lump of flesh next to you"Jared said

I stopped, and looked at Ashley, I could tell it was true. She never dinied it, i looked back over to Jared and jumped onto him clawing his back, and ripping his thought out. A large pool of blood started to spread beneath him, I looked back up at Jasper blood dripping down my mouth. I sauntered my way over to my brother, Ashley stood in the way "We didn't do anything Roman! I woke up in the morning after I bought him from the shelter, and he was lying on top of the sheets naked. Nothing more!" She told me

I stood on my two legs and took a deep breath, pulling the beast back inside. My claws turning to fingers and my hair turning into skin. I didn't fully change so my clothes were slightly ripped. She looked up at me, "was that it?" I asked her

She nodded her head, "yes"

I took another deep breath and pinched the bridge between my eyes, I didn't bother opening them, I knew Javiare, Christine, So his and Dr. Philip were there, "and one more question" I said

Ashley wrapped had arms around me, "anything" she breathed

I opened my mouth to respond but I quickly wrapped my arms around Ashley, and dropped my head to her neck. I needed her smell to calm my nerves, "what was the question?" She said smelling in my scent, calming down

I held her tighter to me, sqeezeing my eyes shut as best as I could, "is he .." I whispered

"What?" She asked, "is what?"

"Is my brother alive?" I said holding it in and bracing myself for the answer but still holding the hope

I could feel her tears and hear her sniffles, and knew my answer. "I should have known" I said, "I should have been faster" I said

"No, there was nothing more you could have done" she said wiping her nose, "so don't tell yourself that" she demanded

I nodded, "I know, I won't" I just held her tighter to me

It felt as if I let anything go now ill lose it, I need to keep everything with me. Close, so I can watch it. "Promise me you'll never leave" I said to Ashley

She was about to ask why I could tell, but didn't, "I promise ill never leave you" she said

"Good" I told her leaning back to see her face, "because if I ever did I would lose it"

She gave me a tight lipped smile, and turned back to Sophia. She was crouched into a ball sobbing her eyes out, Ashley and Javiare were both next to her. Javiare had his arm around her shoulder and Ashley put hers around too. Dr. Philip put Jaspers ripped jacket over him after closing his eyes. Christine was just looking around, she looked at Jasper and then at Javiare, then Sophia. Christine stepped over to her, and crouched down. She set her hand on one of her knees, "Sophia, its what the cards said" she told her, "remember?"

Sophia nodded yes, "and do you remember what else they said?"

Sophia shook her head no, "they said that your strong enough to get over this, that you'll find love again" she explained, "and I'm guessing a lot closer than you think" Christine stood back up, "come on, I know how to make an awesome hot chocolate, it will help" she said holding out her hand

Sophia looked up, whiped her face off and took her hand. Christine started walking away but looked back at Javiare, "how about you come too" she told him

He nodded and quickly got up catching up with them. Ashley stood back up but stumbled, and I cought her. "Need another patch job?" I asked her

She blushed, "uh, I think" she said

I couldn't help myself, I leaned down, "then why don't we go fix you up?" I asked

She nodded and I brought my lips to hers, she wrapped her arms around my neck while I wrapped mine around her. I could hear Dr. Philip cough, I quickly looked up at him, "get a room you two" he said...
