As quickly as Christine left, she was back. She had about 12 more bottles and assorted herbs she was holding, she set them all down on the table and started mixing them. Javiare came in not to long later, "she can run, that's all I got to say" he told us walking in breathless

"I need you guys to flip him over, I need his chest exposed" she said pouring a green liquid into an orange one

Javiare quickly came over and helped us flip him, I could hear Roman wince in pain from lying on his back. As soon as he was on his back Christine handed me a small bottle of blue liquid, "give him this while I get the rest ready" she told me

I looked at the bottle debating on giving it to him, the last thing I gave him is killing him. What if this dose the same?

Just then Javiare grabbed the bottle and poured the blue liquid in Romans mouth, he looked at me like 'WTF'. I just looked down, I should have done that, I need to stop myself from over thinking things now. Christine lit 3 bundles of herbs and put them in open glass jars, she ran around the room placing one on either sode of Roman, she then made Sophia hold one at his feet. " I need a syringe" she said

Javiare ran out of the room to the nurses station and grabbed and empty unused one off there desk. He sprinted back handing it to Christine, " close the door we need the scents to get in his lungs" she told us as she filled the entire syringe with a creamy white liquid

She held the syringe just above his chest and looked up at us, " hold him down, this might hurt" she said serious

Sophia held his feet while Javiare and I held his arms, I felt the tingles of our mate bond but only very slightly, like he was slipping away. Once we had him held down Christine lowered the syringe and started squeezing the liquid into him, it wasn't long before he started jerking. He wasn't doing it to bad until Christine pulled out the syringe, he lurged forward. Javiare held him down the best while me and Sophia got knocked back, then Romans body fell limp on the bed. Christine let out a sigh, I looked up at her, "What the f,u,c,k was that!?" I yelled

Christine started packing up her herbs and jars into her bag, "he will be fine, you need to give him the tea when he wakes up. He must drink it for 2 weeks" she said handing Javiare a brown paper bag

I sat down and let out a sigh, I put my hand on his and felt the sparks slowly returning. Sophia put her hand on my shoulder, "who would do this?" She asked

I looked over at her, "Jared and Jasper were the ones who brought it here, there probibly responsible" I looked over at Javiare my brows in anger, "have them both in Romans office with guards, I will be there shortly once I know Roman is fine" I directed him

Javiare nodded his head, and handed Sophia the bag while he ran out the room. Sophia leaned closer to me, "Jasper would never do that to his brother" she pleaded, "I know him, he would never" she said louder

I shook my head, " that's not what my dream said about it" I told her suddenly I felt a slight squeeze on my hand, I jumped up and leaned over Roman

I saw his brown chocolate eyes looking up at me, he smiled once he saw me, "hey beautiful" he coughed, "How's it going?" He asked

I smiled down at him so happy and relieved just to hear his voice, it almost brought me to tears, "how are you feeling?" I asked

He started to stroke my hand with his thumb, "better now that I know your safe" he said

There were two light knocks at the door before two men and the boy from before walked in, "were here to escort-" the main one paused once he saw Roman. He stood up straighter, "Alpha Roman, I didn't know you were awake" he said

Roman nodded to them "hello" he turned back over to me, "escort you? Why and where?" He asked

"I can explain everything later, I need to go deal with this" I told him

He furrowed his brows, "whatever it is we can do it together" he said holding my hand tighter and starting to sit up, "I'm the alpha afteralll, I should be there most of all" he said swinging his legs off the bed

I leaned over to him, "fine, ill explain on the way there" I said swinging his arm over my shoulder

"I need some clothes don't you think?" He chuckled

One of the guards stepped out and brought back pants and a shirt. Roman quickly put on the clothes and we started to walk out the door when one of the guards started helping me take him, "so what are we dealing with?" Roman asked me as we walked down the hall

I huffed, "well while you were out, Jared and Jasper brought this potion" I said to him

He looked down at me raising an eyebrow, "and they said it was a 'healing potion' and to give it to you" I told him

We made it out of the hospital where everyone was watching us, "and how did that work?" Roman asked

"Well that's the problem, it was poison, and they brought it for you, were just going to go see what do do about it" I said as we walked down the streets

Roman nodded his head, "so how long was I out?" He asked
