Chapter 9

Sophia

I wanted to look around before fooling with the boy. I looked on the dressers and looked at all the photos he had. Most were with the same people, one in particular was with him in every one of them. It was a guy, he looked almost just like wolf, but just taller, and a different hair style.

I didn't want to open any drawers or go in his closet, but i did go in the bathroom. Which might I say is huge, he has a full bath and shower separate and double sinks. Damn he has got it made, the fresh towels and all the amenities he has in here are crazy. i was done this room was too much. I knocked at the door, then the boy opened the door with an extremely worried and scared look on his face. I quickly said "everything is fine and I'm not dying" witch made him feel a lot better

" So what is it then?" he asked peering in the room

"Well, I was thinking, this Alpha guy, shouldn't I meet him? or is he to above it and doesn't care about little old me walking into the, um- uh. what is this place called again?" I asked furrowing my eyes at him

He just laughed "its called the pack house" he told me

"Yeah, the pack house, so if he doesn't know I'm here doesn't that make me a trespasser?" I leaned in closer "so the only solution is to meet this famous alpha, right?" I leaned him right out of the door

he just shrugged "I don't know, he's probably busy with-" I cut him right off there

"oh don't worry, ill just say its my idea, ok? so witch way is it?" I said stepping out ready to explore this unknown territory

" uh, its this way" he pointed to the right and I started walking "but I don't think this is a good idea" he said catching up with me

" but I do so that's ok," we got back to the entrance room again and there were many hallways to go through "so now where?" I asked looking at him

he just pointed to the left, and I immediately started walking faster, I'm exited. I get to meet the head honcho here, I wonder what he looks like. maybe has cold hearted has tattoos and scars everywhere. or maybe he's just a wimp that everyone is just following to be nice. well have to see, wont we?

The boy caught up and pointed to a large door in the middle of the hall,  "I'm going to take you back, he's busy right now" he said grabbing my arm gently

Then I heard a loud booming voice "is this a joke, do you enjoy tormenting me much less your own mother?" it was a man yelling, he's probably the alpha because suddenly the boys grip on me loosened and he was just looking at the door with fear

he was starting to come out of it, I needed to do something. I leaned over an knocked on the door lightly when the boy just looked at me in horror " Whyyy?!?!?!?!" he whisper yelled at me

then the door flew open and what i saw was the other man in the pictures with wolf. "what?" he said his eyes black

just then wolf was in front of me ready to protect me "mine" is all wolf said

the alpha guy looked at wolf and then back at me, his eyes turning to brown slowly. once he looked calm i stepped in front of jasper holding out my hand "oh, uh hi, you must be the alpha guy I've heard a lot about, well my name is Sophia and i have a lot of questions for you" i then shook the alpha mans hand and turned back to wolf and said "and even more for you wolf" i said

wolf just looked down at me with adoration,  and fear at the same time, i looked back at the alpha man and he was just really confused. "what? is she really?" he looked at wolf

"yeah, she is" wolf told him

"hey I'm standing right here" I said putting my hands on my hips

" dose she know about it?" the alpha man said still ignoring me

Wolf shook his head "no she doesn't, I was going to tell her after I talked to you about something, or someone"

"by someone is that Ashley, because I would like to be here for this conversation I intruded getting on my tippy toes trying to block them, I stared straight into the alphas eyes " and would you please not ignore me any longer" I said

He just moved to the side gesturing me to come in, I looked back to the boy and saw is astonished face. I waved and smiled, "told ya" while walking in

I sat on one of the chairs, I smiled and said hello to the other woman who was already in here that I didn't know, she just nodded and looked at the two guys walking in. Alpha man walked over behind the desk and sat down. He crossed his arms and leaned back. "well, id like to hear these  questions you have for my brother" he gestured to wolf wo shut the door and stood next to me

"what were you two talking about that i don't know?"

Wolf looked serious at me "your my mate"

" I'm your what? what's a mate?"

Then alpha man spoke up "its short for soulmate, you two were meant to be together. the perfect couple" he said

I have a soulmate, and he's right here, I looked at the woman who just nodded her head again " i- i uh, oh" i was speechless

wolf knelt down next to me, "its ok, calm down" he put his hand on mine and i started to feal sparks when he touched me.

 I just snapped out of it, I looked in my lap taking a deep breath and looked back up at wolf " ok, lets get to the point,  where's my friend Ashley?" I said flatly which made all the blood run out of his face

"she got kidnapped, by some rouges, I came here to get my brothers help to save her" he gestured to the alpha man

"so how are you going to find her?" I questioned feeling smart for getting right to the point, I know there just humoring me for now but it felt good to be in control

"by her scent of course, we will get something that smells like her, send out our trackers, and get her back"

"ok, and when are we leaving to go save her?" I said looking dead serious at him, there is no way I'm not going to go save my best friend...
