Barry saw a strand of hair sticking out and slid it behind Caitlin's ear looking deeply into her eyes. He smiled. "Thanks." Caitlin said smiling back looking into his eyes as well. Cisco walked in the cortex. "Alright you two lovebirds." Cisco said. "Hey Cisco." Said Barry. The meta human alert started to ring. "There is a meta human terrorizing people at St.Clair's park." Cisco said to Barry. "On my way." Barry wrapped his hands around Caitlin's face and softly kissed her goodbye. He changed into his flash costume and raced off leaving a gust of wind and papers flying all around the cortex. When he got their a storm had formed. "That is weird." Barry thought to himself. Suddenly he knew exactly who is doing this. It is Mark Mardon, Clyde Mardon's older brother. He has the power to control the weather and is very dangerous too.
