I wake up to see Demi sat on the end of my bed. What happened? Why am I in bed? I'm so confused yet I don't say anything to Demi. I don't think she knows I'm awake yet I kinda wanna keep it that way. I don't want to talk to her. I don't want to talk to anyone

I sit starring around my room for awhile but before long Demi notices I'm awake so comes to sit at the top of the bed with me. Which only means one thing. Talking.. great.

"You feeling okay now?" Demi asks

"Yes why wouldn't I?" I ask confused as to why she is asking but I should also be used to this by now because everyone is constantly asking if I'm okay

"Don't you remember? You had another huge panic attack. It was scary"

"Oh"

"Is that all you have to say? You had a panic attack and you say 'oh' like it's nothing"

"What do you want me to say huh? Because I don't know anymore‪... I don't care anymore" I say. I don't think Demi was expecting me to say that because she looks as though she has seen a ghost. She doesn't say anything she just pulls me into a hug.
After a few moments demi speaks up

"Get dressed. We are going out just You me and mom"Demi says. Oh my god not again this isn't gonna happen

"No I'm not going out with you again. You'll Proberly try tie my up and force feed me or some shit" I tell Demi. I was being serious as well I don't know what Demi would do

"Kel that's not gonna happen we are just going to go somewhere to talk it will be fun"

"I've heard that before Demi and I don't remember it being at all fun"

"Kelci get dressed you are coming wether you like it or not. So I suggest you get dressed before I change you myself. Mom & I will be waiting in the lounge be down in 5

I eventually got up I went into my bathroom brushed my teeth,washed my face then I started to brush my hair. Once I had brushed my hair I put it into a high ponytail. I didn't do my makeup because I'm not in the mood but I did cover up my scars with makeup. Then I went into my closet to get changed. I changed into a jack wills hoodie and a some black jeans.

Finally I made my way into the lounge were mom & Demi were sat.

"Okay come on let's get going?"mom says rising from her seat

"Wait where is my phone?" I ask

"I've taken it you can have it back in a couple days"mom says

"What? why? I haven't done anything wrong!" I say

"I know you haven't but it's Proberly best that you take a break from your phone for right now"mom replies, great I have no phone I don't have a clue what I am gonna do.

"Whatever" I say rolling my eyes

We all walk out to the car. I get into that back without even trying to argue to sit up front. I'm really not in the mood for any of this today. So mom & Demi sit upfront, mom drives. As we make our way out the driveway I decide to ask where we are going
